10,000 scratch tickets flawed?
Quote: Originally posted by tg636 on September 30, 2003 Any large, unclaimed prizes in this game should be seen as evidence of lottery fraud. It means that returned books of tickets with big prizes were not reprinted and put back into circulation. All losers should get refunds because they did not have a fair chance at all major prizes.I'm sorry tg, but I have to disagree. It would be impractical from a security standpoint to reprint tickets from books that are defective as then the grand assu

Win the 3 & 4 digit
Quote: Originally posted by bnylons on September 25, 2003 A very effective way to win the three and four digit lottery numbers that I have found....You have to play the same number for both draws ( evening and midday ) until it wins. Persistance actually pays off if you stick with the same numbers! You are making your odds even more rediculous than they are by changing your number. Pick a three digit and stick with it until it wins. Boxing a three digit is a complete waste of time. ( especi

MM Drawing for Tuesday 9/30/03
Quote: Originally posted by dvdiva on September 28, 2003 nope i think the jackpot would be 190. 06/20/03 jackpot was 180 and 06/17/03 jackpot was 140 so the 40 mil diff would be added to the next pot as an estimate though with enough sales it might get up to 195 - doubt it would hit 200 for friday's jackpot. if no one wins friday though it would be at 250+ depending on sales. when it breaks 200 then sales would really take off. but i agree that it will at least get to 190 - mega is due for a big

Mega Millions Mania
Tuesday afternoon, for people coming through the doors of Durston's, on West Genesee Street in Syracuse, buying a ticket for a $102 million lottery drawing was hard to resist.Another week went by without a winner for the Mega Millions lottery. People were using their lunch break as an opportunity to get in on the game.Tom McBride was one of them. He says he doesn't usually buy a ticket every week. From time to time. Not too often but when the money's up there high enough, you've got to take a

NJ Changes Cash 5 Game
The New Jersey State Lottery announced improvements to its Jersey Cash 5 game, starting with the September 15 drawing, that are designed to produce higher jackpots and more player excitement. Since its inception in 1992, Jersey Cash 5 has served as a roll-down game, whereby if there was no top winner (five out of five numbers), the jackpot was divided into the remaining prize pools (four out of five numbers). Jersey Cash 5 now will change to a roll over structure, where the jackpot grows an
