For those who complain about what states win
Here's the same data with tickets sales and average number of tickets sold to produce a winner. I didn't bother with all of them, but here's the first 20 states on the list. The overall odds of winning PB are 1 in 31.85, so simple probability suggests that a winner would be produced for every 31.85 tickets sold. The actual range is from 1 winner for every 31.84 tickets sold (2 states are dead on) to 1 out of 34.16. All told there were 16,559 fewer winners that suggested by probability, which is

Figured out the problem with the program, simple fix. I was accounting for doubles in the results Only skewed the eve results for last month by one. Reduced it by 3% but still shows the eve drawings hitting above the 40% average. Does your odds increase tremendously by millions just like this? Read for details.
Ok, hope you guys can follow me here. I'm no math person but I need to know if this is true. Numbers from the previous draw frequently appear in the next draw. Usually 1, sometimes 2, and once in a few months, 3. You need 15 tickets to make sure you cover any combination of 2 of the previously drawn 6 numbers. Let's say the 6 numbers are 1, 2, 3, 4, 5 and 6. So it'll be like. 1 2 A B C D 1 3 A B C D 1 4 A B C D 1 5 A B C D 1 6 A B C D 2 3 A B C D 2 4 A B C

Lottery Post Founder featured in John Oliver HBO segment
Includes video report By Todd Northrop On the final episode of HBO's Last Week Tonight for the year, host John Oliver took a look at state lotteries and argued that they disproportionately take money from the poor by selling hope while failing to deliver on the promise of a better life or improved funding of state programs. Included in the segment was an examination of how difficult the Mega Millions multi-state lottery game is to win. The show borrowed a clip from CNN's New Day program

Millonaire Maker Fantasy Football Contest is Up
So as of right now there are 23.4k out of the 92.4k entries filled. Too early too tell how filled this contest will be . But I do not care as this will be my best shot at hitting a million dollars. With a bit of skill and luck it can happen. Here is a team of mine. I will not include a tight end or a defense here because of course I do not want someone to copy my team in case I win! But I love these odds. With 20 teams in this I am risking $540. Lets say the contest fills my odds of winning are
