Indiana Lottery promotion gets crazy
Lottery chief hurt as crowd grabs potentially valuable balloons
Indiana Lottery officials had hoped to parade into Pan American Plaza in Indianapolis on Wednesday afternoon and let 200 red balloons some carrying prizes fly into the sky and ultimately into the hands of some lucky Hoosiers.
But before they were able to yell Go! a hundred or so people who'd gathered to watch the event charged forward, grabbing balloons and roughing up at least one of the balloon-holders.
No, no! An

Someone, anyone....Please explain this to me
Hello Lottaloot! I'll will try and explain this to you in simple and mathematically accurate terms. Hopefully this helps you.
The natural group of consecutive Pick 4 numbers consists of only 7 combos, they are:
0123
1234
2345
3456
4567
5678
6789
If you also include the unnatural consecutive by allowing the zero to be a consecutive of nine, then you have three more to add to the group: 7890, 8901, 9012.
Im sure you know that each of the combos plays 24 ways boxed, so there

Super Hot Lotto 2010
O.K. If Hot Lotto wants a realistic chance of being played everywhere Powerball is (which I don't recommend if it's going to winfall per se), changes need to be made. The game has to be unique, but simple, and the closest to that would be a pick-7. No other state has had a pick-7 since Maryland (which isn't even involved here) got rid of Cash In Hand. So, I developed a 7/40, which some lotto veterans will remember as the original Lotto-America matrix. I like CO's idea for a winfall feature (wh

A New Lucky For Life
O.K. I live in PA, and I think our lottery is among America's best. But one thing that drives me nuts is Lucky For Life's top prize, $36,000/year for life. What the heck is that? That kind of money may work if you live in a trailer park by yourself, but try raising a family, or living anywhere near Philly. You're gonna have to keep working if you wanna live comfortably. That's why I propose this. It's Lucky For Life, bigger and better. And played an awful lot like the 6/49 up in Canada.
