What do you NEED to come up with a Winning Lotto System??

Two repeat digits will occur about 16% of the time in Pick 3, or about once ever 6 draws. But, like anything else in the game, it tends to be streaky, so you may get several in one week and then none in the following week. Don't think 16% is enough to build a system around, though, unless you are very good at restricting the number of tickets to play.

i have been studying pick 3 for almost 2 years and still dont win. But I study a great deal so I can win. It takes some workouts to figure the next number out. I learn everyones way to figure it out.
