I can't find any game in recent memory in any state that has this kind of prize structure that allows you to do what the Selbees did. How did it go? I got some of the new tickets today too. Nothing mentionable, a $10 on a $2 ticket was the best win. This is actually a great 2nd chance drawing since the instant cash prizes seem to be hitting. I've personally won two $25 coupons, a $10 coupon, and a BOGO Fantasy 5 coupon today.
