Hey thanks for the creds and i must say i admire your signature but that last part of it.. If i ever do get this game figured out we all will make money. Think about just that part, if you did send it viral your winning system that is, it would cause the lotteries to implement counter measures from a drop in proceeds. More balls more pre-tests more of anything that will disadvantage the player.. To be honest though really lotteries don't have to do anything random takes care of that for them.
