We are a nation of laws....laws are laws and are to be obeyed...if not then you suffer any consequences. As much as I dont like what the california lottery is doing ...I have to agree they are within their rights. There is no reason to make laws or policies if you are not going to enforce them. The problem with the dwindling books theory is I think we've seen enough now to realize that the FL Lottery starts pulling back the books and destroying them before we can buy them, or retailers lose a bunch of books that the lottery says they're supposed to have. Cashfall may not have been on the list due to the lottery not finding the jackpot ticket to destroy, but odds are they will remove it from whatever store in the course of business before someone buys it. I doubt it goes back to blown draws. Too many states have RNG, and getting away with it. Notice, the limit, went down to 1.5 million, when it was $2 million. The House has the edge, the House wins again. I will win a decent hit and let it be, what it is. May the odds be with you!

i am racking up cash $ on p4 game in my state and pick 3. Better odds/easier for me,and i love that. Maybe, as my father say, just maybe Cassie, if the states each one give it to more winner's, and not I.E., 1 winner for 30 million to 100 or 500 million,then people will try more to win. I agree. So i do not really play bigger games. I am happy with p4 wins like today ALMOST 8,000.00 done!(1 number and multiple x brought me in this big win.)as all summer off/on. so good luck to all.

For us it's the lack luster lower tier payouts. The payouts don't reflect the odds (probability of win). This is in addition to devaluing the hard earned dollar and crippling a player's purchasing power by jacking the price of a play to $2.00; $3.00 if you play the multiplier. Nope, we're playing some our last Mega Millions till Oct 31; then there's a ghost of a chance they'll get our money again. Maybe when it's at $3 Billion we might consider.
