I have my doubts against them intentionally pulling winning tickets. It goes with the logic that more than 1 person would have to know about the intent and the odds that someone would eventually spill the beans, pissed off former employee or what not, is too high and would cause too much of a scandal. Someone can claim he wasn't the only one. Someone can even claim some of the evidence is circumstantial. No one should be still saying that there's reasonable doubt. Because there isn't. You can have doubts but that doesn't make them reasonable. If you look at the odds of winning any of these prizes, how many of his relatives and friends claimed those winnings, which were all won only on certain days, at some point logic has to kick in and say, okay, it is unreasonable to assume he's innocent.

Ok... so is this basically what you are doing: you have your 4 sets of 21 key combos (boxed I assume). Each set represents a different short sum group: 0, 2, 5, or 7 Take all four groups and eliminate any combos that have hit in the past 46 draws. Combine the 0 group with the 2 group and the 5 group with the 7 group-evens and odds. Whichever group has the most remaining combos contain the key combos to watch? The more lopsided it is the more to consider?
