Hit 100 (TN) tickets
I hit $100 on a $2 ticket today; however, it wasn't Hit 100. I bought some a few days ago... Five tickets in a row and nothing. There is no way I'll ever play those tickets again. The cashier there also said that people are just not winning on those tickets. By the way, if you're interested in a good ticket... Play Cool as Dice. That's what I won my $100 on today and the overall odds are AWESOME!!! They are 1:3.2 where as the odds for Hit 100 are 1:4.39. Remember there are millions of tickets ou

What jackpot would you prefer?
I actually think about this often. I play MM, Tx Lotto, Tx 2 Step and Cash 5. Aside from playing $1 each draw on Cash 5 which is Mon thru Sat, I am always trying to figure how much to play on the other games and stay within budget which is $30 -$32 a week. It comes down to the odds of each game and my wish to retire (I am REALLY sick of the furniture biz). So right now I play the most on Tx Lotto because the jackpot would provide instant retirement $ but the odds aren't crazy like MM. Tx 2 Step

How do I prove my state lottery's CGNs are fixed?
The Badger 5 game is 5/31 with 169,911 combinations that is drawn everyday using a RNG. If the drawing is truly random, matching the winning combo out of 10 would be a lucky guess. The side of effect of knowing how the game is rigged is that you would know one of your 10 combos would be drawn. Something that should happen in about 60% of the drawing but happens in 80% of the time is a bias but you never said how long your testing period was. Is that from all the draws or some of the drawings?

Scratcher tricks to success
Just giving folks a heads up that have proven to be quite profitable for me. This may depend on your state but hopefully you'd be able to get some information that will help. 1. Stay away from buying a single $1 ticket. Chances are you will lose. You should buy these tickets in multiples of at least 4. 2. Read the entire ticket! You can see the odds of winning, but it will also tell you the odds of a cash winning. For instance, The ticket may say odds of winning are 1 to 3.35 but rea

Running an office Powerball pool is discouraging
Coin Toss, In Ohio Rolling Cash5 (5/39), matching two numbers pays $1 and the overall odds of a win are 1:9 per ticket. Buying one ticket your odds of winning a prize are 1:9 or close to nothing and buying 50 tickets your odds of winning a prize are 50:9, not 50 x 0.

Small N.Y. store sells lots of winning lottery tickets
I found a little mistake. They compare the odds of winning a 24-way combination win of $5000 having odds of 1 in 417, spend that same dollar and the odds of the $1 ticket are 504,000 to 1. Actually the 24-way combo is going to cost $24. Not a good comparision to use here. Brad

Which gives me a better chance of winning a lottery?
If there are 175,711,536 possible combinations, buying 100 combinations improve your odd of having the winning combination to 175,711,536/100=1:1,757,115. Buying 100 combinations 10 times would be 1,000 combinations not 100^10=100,000,000 combinations which improve your odds to 175,711,536/1000=1:175,712 if there's no duplications. The number of times you buy 100 tickets doesn't matter, it's the total number of tickets you buy that effect your odds of winning. Buy 100 tickets on one hundred d

Which gives me a better chance of winning a lottery?
benmas For MEGA the odds of winning jackpot with $1 are 1 : 175,711,536. With $100 in one shot it becomes 1:1,757,115. No, with $100 in one shot it beomes 175,711,536 minus 100, or 175,711,436. No mater how many dollars are played, each dollar can play one set of numbers and only one set of numbers. There's no power of 10 or cutting the odds in half or dividing the 175, 711, 536 by how many lines are played, only one set of numbers is drawn, each line of numbers reduces the 1,
