CASH Only....this is the sort of post from you that can drive people crazy! Referring to your other post; you want to see lotteries offer lump-sum payouts in all games and see a minimum of a 50% payout. These are causes that make sense and need someone to champion their case. Keep on doing this! However, when you say that a lottery should not have done a raffle (a one time limited offer) and should have gone with Hot Lotto (an ongonig game) that makes no sense!

You should see it tonight! Now the raffle meter is RED. This is the Lottery's way of getting people to buy tickets so they won't lose out before they're gone. Their marketing for this game is really smart. I stopped to get gas today and walked in with a $20 bill. Figured I'd charge the gas and buy a ticket, but I chickened out! A win would be soooooo nice. Raffles are better than the regular scratch card games, IMHO. Main reason is that often the top prizes in a regular game are won, but the cards continue to be sold. In these instances, folks who don't take the time to check out latest info, are buying worthless tickets - worthless in the sense that they think they can win big when all they are likely to win are small prizes, or no prizes at all. Not everyone who buys a raffle ticket will win, of course.

Pennsylvania is not joining Hot Lotto according to sources inside the lottery. But they do say they are beginning a new game. Whether this is just another Millionaire Raffle, or it's a totally new game that may or may not replace Lucky For Life, remains to be seen. Let's just hope that game they replace is Lucky For Life, and not Match 6, because I love Match 6, but not a big fan of Lucky For Life. Personally, I'd like to see Lucky For Life stay, but with the following changes: Growing jackpo
