Hi SG ... wheeling probably wouldn't have helped me much today ... out of the 14 numbers that have come out the most in the last 50 draws, only three of today's winning numbers were in my list of numbers ... so I could not have hit $100 anyway since four numbers are needed for that. That is a wise choice. Especially since the drawing is televised. Even though it is important to be in it to win it, Those who don't check or those who misplace their tickets seldom win. The problem is that knowing beforehand that the odds are so crumby, its easy to overlook checking your tickets. I mean come on! What are the chances?

The thing to remember about wheeling is that it actually has a lower probability of winning than the same number of random tickets, but when you do win, lots of the tickets will win. Sorry, but this is plain wrong. I can guarantee unique number combinations by wheeling. I cannot do so with random tickets. All told, the probability of winning for any given ticket is the same, thanks to the rule of independent events. Anyway, there is no magic to wheeling. It is simply variance reduction.

Nice win Billy! I have an interesting observation after looking at the Top Prizes Claimed board. There have been NO top prize winners for the $20 Caesars game. Lucky Loot has been out forever and there are still only 2 of 4 top prizes claimed (really 2 of 3 as the 4th is a drawing prize). I think Caesars is the new Lucky Loot.
