Cash 4Life
I think what might be driving the number of wins is coverage of all the possible 21 million combinations. If one half of all the possible 21 million combo's is sold, (10.5 million different combo's) then the odds are 50/50 that a JP winning ticket will be sold. Poor coverage was Sweet Millions problem. Typically, only 10 percent of the possible 3.8 million different combinations were sold, leaving 90 percent of the possible combo's unsold. That's why there were so few Sweet Million JP win

All you would need to beat scratchoffs is to know the number of tickets sold
I used to be against playing the lottery until I won a few dollars. I was really happy about winning $20 or $100 here and there. Most of the times, there. Anyway, over the course of time I felt I needed to try at least once to buy a whole pack of tickets. Yes! I spent $300 on the $20 tickets. My total winnings came up to $150 or maybe a few dollars less. The area didn't seem like a place that was unlikely to have a $1million jackpot prize because their are really nice homes located near there. I

'All or Nothing' coming to North Carolina Lottery
You will find the most common result is to get 5,6, or 7 numbers. LOL. I play this game every day, and one thing I do like about it is the overall odds are better than any other game, and the fixed prize also. I won $250 last month playing the same numbers 5 times. But, I lost $10 this morning playing the same way. No, I don't drop $10 every day. Usually I'll play 2 lines with the same numbers (or opposite) to try for $500k. Overall, you can probably expect to win 25% to 50% of what you

All you would need to beat scratchoffs is to know the number of tickets sold
I was thinking today that all you would need to know is the number of tickets sold on a particular game and you could figure out if the odds were better or worse than expected given the number of total tickets and the number of claimed prizes... I sort of relate it to counting playing cards in blackjack, you could figure out if a particular game was either hot, ( more % winners or higher value winners) or as in blackjack( higher the number of tens and faces left in the deck and thus more prone t

The Lottery Is A Tax On The Poor.
He he, I like your persistence with the control deal. Truth be told, Thrift, everyone needs that hope of maybe...just maybe hitting it pretty good one day and there's nothing wrong with it. Problem is, the states need to do more to show their appreciation than just creating new games with the same old odds and percentages of players winning. They can allow more people to win which, in turn, would cause so many more people to take notice and 'chances' on becoming winners, too. It all balances out

Pick 3/4 Trade Secret. once read you must keep it a Secret
I see some really, really great replies here regarding the pre/post-test draws. onlymoney, you're right on point with car starter analysis and I've used the exact same analogy in past posts about this very topic. Naive players simply cannot understand the true concept of why states do this...and this means they really don't grasp the game in my opinion. EdessaKnight also had a very good contribution with the very details of 'why' so many tests are conducted. This game isn't hard to play and win.

Gosh. My workouts reveal only 5 doubles boxes that are truly viable: 01 18 37 56 68 The 19 is a wobbly sixth addition... I passed on it, though, it didn't feel right for tonight. I also passed on the 01 because... well, I'm taking the 80%-Chance-Being-Right-Is-Good-Enough-Odds Rule, I guess, and just crossing my fingers on that! To me, the most tempting double of all? The 67, but I still feel it's just an elusive speck of mica... for now. Once we get any double, then all this changes.

Wow, that 56 double looks very nice indeed, Calady! I'm -in it. Also, the 29 double box looks good to me. Mmm... personally, though, I'd avoid the 8 linking to your non-double pick - I'd link the 0 or 9 to it instead (even if the 7-65 looks quite attractive indeed). There's always a 50-50 chance going in/out of a double to a non-double, that a digit will repeat. We had three negatives on that (509-- 334-- 827 215-- 909), so the odds are in favor (fourth coin flip now) of a 9 or 0 appear
