NY Sweet Millions
After about 2 and 1/2 hours, i have my number string. I know 20 numbers is a lot, with a key number you can improve your odds.
13 14 15 16 17 18 19 21 22 24 25 26 30 34 35 36 37 38 39
Red numbers are potential KEY numbers.
I will probably add a couple games just to cover the chance that the pesky 6, 10 or 23 repeats as well.
Good Luck Players!

Anyone wonder how much money they would have if they hadn't played the lottery?
Thrifty's current thread on page (1) has the utmost in merit. As I said in my reply there, just to actually save that same amount of money consistently would do amazing things for one's income...and it's all legit and fact-based just like Thrifty's opposite with spending it. At least you're a realist and I have nothing but pure respect for you regarding your analysis...it's the beginning of wisdom. Also, you're absolutely right, the odds will never change as long as the amount of numbers contain

If you could play any number $100 Straight
This is a very interesting thread. $100 is a lot of money to drop on just a single number for a single draw but, it's just my opinion. For me, that $100 would work a a hell of a lot harder and would have to produce something every play...str8. In fact, it does.
Some how, I see where this is about about trying to possibly make as much money in a single shot as opposed to breaking it down into (10) $10 plays for a better shot. Hence, more chances to possibly hit. If this is the case, save up $

Playing the Lottery as a Business
Wow, with the exception of a few more details, I couldn't have said it better myself. In fact you, I, and only a few select others here use the same language. I'm certainly glad you're aware of the idea of it costing money to make it...so many players are clueless in this respect. Yeah, it's certainly possible to win on a couple of bucks via self or quick picks...happens all the time and will continue. However, the odds of that same person hitting again with the same couple of bucks, the same co

Playing the Lottery as a Business
Ronnie, hey there dude! Hope you've been okay during my lapse here. I was looking for your famous Do Some Combinations Have Better Odds Than Others? thread but, I guess it closed a while back. There was some really good information and comparisons for the large games contained in that topic...I enjoyed it.
Can't take any credit for being quite the money-making machine, although, I've been crunching numbers on the little games for a very, very long time. Most of this time was spent thinking I

what is the most you ever won on a daily 3 pick game?
Same reason I play $2 straight on Pick 4. To win $10000 instead of $5000.
Geez jimbo. It has nothing to do with computers or programers. P3 and P4 are fixed payout games. Sometimes I like to play $5 straight to try for $25000. It's 10000 to 1 odds. It's playing the lottery. Which, if you haven't figured out by now, is what folks on this forum do.
All you do is try to insinuate that somebody has a hidden agenda.
What a moron.

What to do with megamillions?
Actually that is what I have been pondering. If the changes are really as they have been reported so far then I am going to Powerball only and nothing else except for really huge MM JPs.
The Michigan Classic 47 is RNG and for all I know they generated a printout of all the winning numbers back in 2005 when the game started and they just pull them out of a vault and read them for the specific date.
I don't see why they would need a drawing computer when a printout would do...how would

What to do with megamillions?
Well, I guess with the changes they are making a statement that MegaMillions is not worth playing unless the jackpot is really really big.
I sent in suggestions awhile back to add more options to the game which would have been to have a smallaplier for prizes up to $10,000 fixing that prize at $100,000 and having the smallaplier apply to the lower prizes.
A bigaplier for the $250,000 prize fixing that at $2,500,000.
Lastly an extra option which, if chosen, would allow you to wi

Mega Millions multi-state lottery to get harder to win in Oct.
It doesn't mean more or less jackpots. More or less is dependent on the draw frequency, nothing else.
I highly doubt this is going to fail like you all think. Most people probably don't know much about the probability anyway.
Also, it'd be a lot greedier to up the $ per ticket. I think upping the odds is really nice of them. Making tickets expensive, like $4 as Ronnie suggested would
mean most casual players stop playing. This means that they're just getting more money from
