I was in Michigan and bought one raffle ticket. If I go back before they re all sold out I might pick up another one. It looks like they ve sold almost 1/3 of the tickets so far. The top two prizes ($4 million and $2 million) being annuity prizes and not cash prizes seems to be a sticking point with some people I have talked to about the game but it is fine by me. First of all it's a raffle not a lottery in the true sense of the word. While lotteries used to be that way, now you get to make your own luck by picking your own numbers. Second, you will be banned from offering it to people in the U.S., can't use PayPal or credit cards that abide by U.S. law, etc. Third, how many draws are you going to lay out a grand if there aren't enough players to cover the guaranteed win amount, or will you hold back draws until you've made your nut? 25%

Usually when you cash in a winning ticket, you go to a lottery retailer and present the ticket to the clerk. They take the ticket and scan it. It says, CONGRATULATIONS and you get your cash.
