What easy solution is there for someone who has almost nothing in the bank account If you're really that hard up all you really need is enough for a security deposit and a few months rent for a new place to live. Since you don't live in Texas, you have no say in the matter. Only six states allow anonymous claiming, so don't make it out like Texas is the only one that doesn't.
