Do some number combinations have better odds?
Tell me, what is the source of your mystical prediction powers? Do you REALLY think that super-ultra positive over optimisic thinking of your prediction abilities allows you to lower your odds to a quantifiable 1in 575757, or whatever you reduce the field to? ΥÉŠ 3) detecting the random events' bias ΥÉŠ ÅgÅÍΝ Boney you really are a genius after all!

how to tell if a quick pick is a looser before drawing
Well that depends on the game. Mega Millions, as an example, had quite a few of them come up in the drawing this year: 6 evens, 6 odds, 5/1 and 1/5. PB had its share as well, but not as many as MM. Those combos come few times and far between and I for one wouldn't deliberately play them. Another almost guaranteed loser is the combo where the PB or MB is a number that finds itself among the white balls E.g. 1, 12, 14 36, 45 14 This is yet another reason I am such a strong

Someone do me a favor..
Like this game. Been playing 5 lines per draw (sizzled for $2 per play) since the JP climbed over 5 million. I've been posting my predictions the past three weeks and have done pretty well, 3 hits in 15 and and on a nice run of 5 in 25 the last 5 draws. That's a 1 in 5 win rate streak for a game that has 1 in 16 overall odds. Not too shabby. Hopefully I can ride this hot streak a little longer. Feel free to check out my predictions for tonights draw. An interesting side note to this lotto is

Do some number combinations have better odds?
Hey Ronnie I want to play too. I am gonna post only twenty numbers though, because I think some numbers have better odds. Stay tuned. And boney please do the standard deviation. Oh yeah I forgot, you dont know how. Seems like somebody was talking a lot about something they know nothing about. STD DEV

Do some number combinations have better odds?
HAHAHHAHAHAHAHAHAH Yeah ok the standard deviation of a fixed set of known probabilities changes year by year. The only time the STD DEV changes is when they change the game. Of course - you could use a sample for STD DEV but you only do that when you don't have the real odds. Which we do. So you're entire point is completely moot! Of course I know what a mean is. You're the one who claims to understand all of this stuff, but doesn't even understand how to get standard dev

Do some number combinations have better odds?
I'll take that as I say I understand it's relevance, but ask me a simple question regarding it and I can't answer it. I won't claim to understand things I don't. That's something for you loony left brainers to go for. I'll go ahead and use my logic so that I don't waste money on such an impossible task.\ EDIT: The fact that it is the same or a different number for the first and second spin has no effect on the answer to that question. Nor does somebodies decision to play

Do some number combinations have better odds?
It was just luck. Like you said it only takes one winning ticket to be ahead. Keep this going for several hundred million tickets draws and you will be about 10-60% of your dollars back. So yeah it was just luck. You're not going to beat the odds. Out of all the tickets you've fake bought so far, you've calculated the cost. If you keep that running tally for as long as you test this I can assure you you'll be behind at some point. And at some point, you'll stay behind. You

Privatization of Lottery
Since Northstar took over the Illinois lottery things have tightened up for the players. On scratchers where you try to match a single digit number there are now double digit numbers (i.e. more losers) in the area where you scratch the numbers. The Lucky Day Lotto has an optional $1 EZmatch.....top prized of $500, odds againt 210,000:1. Far better off to put the additional dollar on the game itself, 575,000:1, jackpot starts at $100,000. The Pick 6 now has an Extra Shot.....a QP that ha

Do some number combinations have better odds?
I can say that I effected the outcome.......... Because I hit 5+0 or BETTER five times in less than 39 draws, which is five times BETTER than the overall odds for a group of 28 numbers............
