Pennsylvania: 7/1 - 7/31/2017
wow brought that 111 back. Jojo, I had 222 555 too the suckers. I got a pick 4 boxed hit but that 111 made me sick to see their games too. July was a funky month for PA. August might be best for some quick picks especially after their dumb Raffle and now 2 trips. $1 million payout? and wasn't it $2 million at night when it hit before? PA show us players some good money in the last couple draws of July! 246 321 423 103 735 309 1149 1146 1114 1207 6837 fav doubles 122 100 110 133 144

Take5 NY
Sam, thank YOU! I haven't played C4L in quite a while. As to it's fate, I doubt it will go the way Sweet Milly did, only because it's played in eight or nine states now. So it must be working out, or the other states wouldn't pick the game up. New York needs to freshen up their online games... Take5 jackpots absolutely stink these days ($60,000 before taxes and they're usually split two or three ways) I remember not so long ago when Friday night jackpots were in the $100,000 to $105,000 ra

State lotteries losing revenue to 'jackpot fatigue' and casinos
Correct. A simple example is the recent PA Lottery raffle. $10 million worth of tickets offered with $5,089,200 allocated in prizes; ~51% payback, which is typical of most lottery numbers games. However, payback percentage alone isn't the end all be all, if much of the prize pool is allocated to very difficult to win top prizes. This is how some casinos can offer games, typically slots, near or even exceeding 100% payback and still make money. Few players have enough time nor big enough bankr

Florida Scratch Offs - Post Pictures if posible
Haha, watch you win the $25k top prize! Wishing you the best of luck on the drawing Thursday, Dreamer! You hit the $500 on the raffle, I think you might have been the only one to win something from it in this community lol. I haven't bought a Gold Rush book. The odds of the $20 game being 1 in 6 books for a $500 winner would probably make it a decent buy compared to some other books I suppose. I assume alot of those booksl look like $705/$600. (Minimum payout + $500 winner) lol. That rea

2017 PA Millionaire Raffle With Six EARLY BIRD Drawings!
Something happened to me last Saturday during that New Year's Eve ticket buying frenzy, when I bought the second set of 7 tickets for the pool I run at work. It doesn't mean anything as far as winning tickets go, it's just an observation on my part. In the past, when it's early in the ticket sales cycle, and I've asked for 7 tickets, after I told the clerk how many I wanted, many times various clerks were quick to say something like That's $140 or they made a comment like Wow! That's a lot of

Florida Holiday Millionaire Raffle 2016
I agree. I wouldn't be opposed to them even getting rid of a $1M prize, implementing some $100k prizes, breaking down those $50k prizes and turning them into $10k prizes in order to dish out some $100 winners. I do agree it is possible to have more winners without ruining the distribution and the fact that the raffle is designed to be a revenue generator. It does leave a nasty taste in the player's mouth when they buy a large number of tickets and come out with nothing. The way I look a

British Columbia Lottery taking bets on US election
noise-gate, Obama says Come on man so now you say it? Come on man! Seriously, I've always preferred C'mon will ya but either one works. Perhaps there should be a Come on will ya thread in discussions, could start off with something like; The people who say they hate quick picks are the first to buy raffle tickets, come on will ya!

Cash4Life
Haymaker... Yeah, that's the downside of The PA Millionaire Raffle... tickets are $20 a pop. That's why I run a pool at work for them. There's 8 of us in the pool, we play two times per year on New Years and again on The 4th of July. We each throw in 40 bucks, but because tickets are on sale for about three months, I collect ten bucks every other week until I have 40 bucks from everybody, so it takes 8 weeks until I have $320. (8 x $40) Because there are four top prizes of $1,000,000 we h
