If that were true, you would be dealing with a rigged lottery game, which would be highly unlikely. You probably don't have a large enough sampling to draw any real conclusions. A whole lot of what I'm reading is why I switched from playing with the state. With where I play, at least I have many chances (states) to get the results I fully expect. The states offer poor odds along with only (1) chance to either win or lose on every draw. This, combined with the pre-tests, is just ridiculous to me! The problem is that statistically doubles are only 27% of all draws, roughly 1 in 4. Odds are against you. But there is a partial solution.
