Question Regarding The Odds of The Pennsylvania Millionaire Raffle
What are Odds ? They're simply a tool used to measure the probability of something either happening or not happening.
In the case of playing the lottery, they're when the probability that the event will not happen is greater than the probability that it will, then the odds are said to be against that event happening.
Players don't buy odds. They buy tickets. See, I have trouble with the PA lottery advertising the odds for the Millionaire raffle being 125,000 to 1 (against the player) Yes,

$1.5 BILLION: Wednesday Powerball record jackpot still rising
3 of the 81 winners of $1M were from PA...I'm sure a lot more expected to be.
I'm happy the frenzy is over, it's worse than seeing the ever constant ads for the PA Raffle.
I played ONE ticket - didn't win anything and did not really expect to aside from matching the pb number...I had 12, it
was 10.
Gl to you!

$675 MILLION: POWERBALL SETS ALL-TIME LOTTERY JACKPOT RECORD
El Gordo is not a lottery, it is a raffle, and it does NOT have a jackpot. It has a big prize pool, but NOT a jackpot. The top prize that anyone can win is a few million Euro.
Any writer who claims that El Gordo has the world's biggest lottery jackpot is wrong. It is common for reporters in the mainstream news media to be ignorant about lotteries, and throw around terms like jackpot interchangeably.
To be clear: a jackpot is an ever-increasing prize pool (until it is won) that can be won b

Florida Lottery Holiday Millionaire Raffle
Just checked my numbers - nada!
This might sound crazy to you, but.....
Judging from the ticket numbers , five of the seven million dollar winning ticket numbers were sold LATE in the sales cycle.
Big deal you say? Well, consider this; the same phenomenon has been occurring regularly in The Pennsylvania Millionaire Raffle. Why? Who knows!!! But it does. Don't believe it? Google Pennsylvania lottery and go to the PA Lottery's website. They have the winning numbers posted back to 2005.

Florida Scratch Offs - Post Pictures if posible
skeptic, I know you already double-check, but, give your Super Millions tickets another go through. I remember reading somewhere that the games makers (Scientific Games, and the other one) that the Lottery contracts with for the actual logic, printing, delivery of the tickets are regulated to produce books with a minimum win percentage. The Lottery itself isn't so regulated, but the games companies [supposedly] are -- I have no good reference for this, but I know I've seen the info more than onc

Florida Scratch Offs - Post Pictures if posible
Hey everybody - I'm pretty well washed up with scratch offs or anything to do with the Lottery. This past week I gave it my all - went through 5 books and dozens of individual tics - GR, FlCash and one book of $200MS - glad I got the $1K on $200MS - the several $500's I got didn't put a dent in my outlay.
I very seldom buy SuperMillions - in my madness and acting out I bought a book - because I had a good feel - yeah right - all I won was 6 $20's and ONE $40. My friends say it's the lousiest

Florida Lottery Holiday Millionaire Raffle
Bought a ticket in the 53,500 range around noon today. I had to hand over my Jackson before the clerk would print the ticket. She said people are coming in wanting to buy a raffle ticket, but when they find out how much they cost, they decline.
Today's the last day of sales before the first weekly draw, I think they'll be lucky to reach 60,000 sold by today's end. If tickets had been selling at the daily average required for the game to sell out all 750,000 tickets, they should have sold 146,

Take5 NY
If you've been playing the twenty's this year, then you probably have done well. They lead with 431 hits for the year, followed closely by the tens with 427. The singles have been doggin' it with just 368 hits.
27 and 29 are tied for the lead with 54 hits in 2015. #'s 6 and 17 are right behind them with 52 hits.
I played ten lines last nite, and I didn't even have one lousy number on any of my lines! I wheeled 16 numbers and none of the five winning numbers drawn last nite were in my set
