Soooooo, you think the person(s) who just won is whining about $2 a ticket? Do you think if someone wins only the starting jackpot might whine about $2 for a ticket? How about second prize? Someone here won a 100 bucks. He's pretty happy. It's a lottery game with real high odds. Pay your money and take your (small) chances, or don't.

I am beginning to see that the 23 pair is not quit a very good pair to be playing right now. There are only 5, 23 pairs in the Top 60 numbers drawn. believe I will trade in the 362 tonight and go for a better hitting ratio pair... the 23 pait has only been 1 time this whole month...Costing me $6.00 each day just to play the 362 combo...Not good odds for me. $84.00 invested right now and 0 return.... 90% sure we'll see a 6 tonight in the number...Maybe my 264 is ready to fall 2-nite....lol....

That was exactly my point though. By no means do I think it's rigged and by one of the smallest contributing states having won one of the biggest jackpots is only further proof. I had an autopick and missed by one number, I had a 48 as against of having the number, 52. That's a load of Hogwash. A very hefty percentage of the money goes back to the state as well as some for paying for operating and advertising costs. Even those slips of paper you pencil in your numbers with aren't for free. I just feel sorry for the folks that spent their entire paycheck on this past drawing. The PB record isn't really $365 milion. Those winners (like almost all winners) took the cash value. Interest rates at that time were a lot higher, and the cash value was just under $180 million.
