Straight picker Pick-3 system
This is so awesome to see. Thanx for the post. In the few hits that I showed from Florida, it seems to be in the range of 5 X through 8 X. I'm gonna do more backtesting today and see what the average range is. That would drastically cut the cost. What I like about this, is that it feels like I'm using Magic. I know it sounds weird but that's how I feel. Any system or method that can produce a straight hit and overcome such high odds seems mystical to me. Hope you make a ton of money Bla

The End Game
Hi, Thanks for the reply. I opened this thread because it is a topic that doesn't appear to have been covered very well since I have been coming to the LP. And yet, it is a reoccurring condition that alot of members here have running into. So, I've submitted a stepwise and measured method on one way to approach the problem. Hopefully, other will offer other methods concerning how the address the problem. Like most here, I have a ways to go with my aprroach, have made several small wi

If you had $500 to spend on Lottery Tickets...
i didn't check the 10k or 200k win but, i know for a fact he didn't win anything larger than 100k because i would have known as i was the store owner and would have been notified of a bonus. i can also remember one time when this guy walked in and slap a hundred on a pick 3 because he dreamt it. well, he also didn't win because i slapped a whole dollar on that number too. lol its mostly luck and timing because i do remember seeing an article on lottery post about a guy hitting $100 on big4 b

If you had $500 to spend on Lottery Tickets...
The odds in the Jackpot games are way to high to just blow $500 on tickets, even if it is over a 1 yr timeframe. IMHO, you would be better off playing the Pick-3 or Pick-4 games. There are many, many very good systems available for free right here on LP that can turn a $500 bankroll into at least $2500 in a years time with good judgement, keen knowledge of your states game and good bankroll management (only risk %1 or less of your bankroll on any 1 bet). Jackpot games are fun to play fo

You have $5000 to spend on scratchers and a few days off...how do you spend it?
Hypothetically speaking if you were to have several thousand dollars to spend on scratch off lottery and also some extra time, would you travel around your state and buy up several tickets? Would you stay in your town and buy up scratchers there, or maybe buy a few rolls? Or would you use some other strategy? I have always been thrilled by the idea of traveling to different cities and buying several scratch offs wherever I go to see if I could beat the odds and come out ahead. H

N.J. woman suing state over lottery tax
This has absolutely nothing to do with the constitution, the bill of rights, or general tax law. It's strictly about contract law. The state can very definitely change the income tax law and make the changes retroactive to the beginning of the year, but they can't unilaterally change the terms of a contract they've already entered into with other parties. The legal argument here is that the state entered into a contract with millions of people to sell them lottery tickets based on known odds

How many draws back to analyze?
If you had software that looks back at a user selected number of drawings (for Pick-6 I prefer double the number of balls in the game, i.e.: 6/53 = 106 past draws) you would find far too many various sized sets of numbers that had plenty of four and five and even six winning numbers among them. While picking one out of a thousand such sets is much better odds then one in millions, it is still hard to get a win. Looking back is boot strapping, not really predictive. If you take a set of
