Quinto never got to 21 million. The highest it got before the current drawing was 2.8 million. While the Oregon lottery has a slow growing pot - it does just that - it grows. Well the ideal game is one that I win. Other than that there are ideal state games and ideal multi-state games. I know that if there were only 10 white balls and you have to select the 5 winning #s, there are 252 possible 5# combos.
