Millions in lottery winnings go unclaimed each year
First of all you have to deal with specifics and stay focused with the condition and situation that you have. In this case, CA, a non-anonymous state published an image of a purported lottery winner and the presumed fault with the CA lottery for such an action.
The winner's handbook is not the entire lottery rules. It is however based on aspects of the Lottery rules. The winners handbook is a public relations maneuver by the lottery to keep players hopes high, though it is based on the lotter

How many people are making a resolution to spend less on the lottery in 2013?
Hi everyone,
Just was wondering how many people have made a New Years Resolution to spend less on the lottery? This would include both draw tickets and scratch tickets. I've been spending less on the lottery for about 3 months now (the exception being the new scratch tickets in my state that came out a week ago had to try those). It feels good not to feel compelled to buy MM and PB with the Multiplier and Powerplay twice a week for both games. I've stopped playing PB for the last few months.

Would you take less money to preserve your anonymity?
Different rules for different states--but after you've been around LP long enough--some topics tend to repeat themselves.
One of the solutions I recall from an earlier--years ago--discussion was that ANY bank in the world would be more than happy to lend you enough $$$ based on your future winnings to give you a line of credit adequate to move, hire security, make peace with relatives and offer them a one time only amount to get off your case and keep their mouths shut, or whatever would

Lotteries a threat to federal Web poker bill?
All right, there are 47 percent who are with him, who are dependent upon government, who believe that they are victims, who believe the government has a responsibility to care for them, who believe that they are entitled to health care, to food, to housing, to you-name-it -- that that's an entitlement. ---- Mitt Romney
There was no probably and he never said handouts . That quote from Romney is all over the web, why didn't you just show the actual quote instead of changing the meaning?

RL's Digit Master Pro Big Game software download.
WO
I don't have a clue what the problem might be. You might try clearing the browser history or check
firewall or security software to see if it is blocking the page from loading. You might try a browser restart
and see if that helps.

How long do people wait before cashing in a big win?
no massive jackpots, here, and no complicated tax problems. did I mention the tick box to remain anonymous on the back of the ticket. there is a 6 week claim time while they do what ever security checks they need to to see if you are actually the owner of the ticket. or that there is no other claimant out there.
so after you submit the ticket should be 6 weeks, wait, then either a cheque or bank wire.
so for us its ASAP. and during that 6 weeks seek out financial planning advice, etc.

I always felt that it would be one of those pairs above when the 7 digit finally showed
And I always felt that there was a very good chance for them to merge among theirselves for the winning number
Which they did 071
But one thing I didnt feel................
Was that it would take them so long to do it.............that I would be on social security before Conn. lottery ever got it done

Can It Be Done??
I totally agree in a situation with casino's in Nevada Ronnie. (I'll assume your referring to cheaters in casino's). In that scenario all casino's band
together, have very sophisticated electronic surveillance, camera's and armed plainclothes security to protect their mutual interests.
With a nationwide lottery system however, with literally millions of terminals saturating all fifty states, there is no realistic way to enforce that ban.
Perhaps in a communist or dictatorship

I like these .....
012 018 016 011 010
280 281 286 282 288
660 661 662 668 666
Till each of the 01 28 66 hits
And we all might be on Social Security before they do

Would you share your winning lottery system if you had one ?
I recently had someone try to STEAL a stack of my notebooks with a few of my system now all of my Notebooks and Software is locked up in Floor Safe ..
That's terrible if you can't trust the people you allow into your home or personal space.
I don't have that worry since all my programs are written using GWBasic on don't run on computers with systems later than Windows XP. That's one of the reasons I don't share them. Even strangers would expect me to update them to run on their newer syst
