Self-described 'lottery freak' buys $88M Powerball ticket
I don't think I ever read a lottery story where somebody claimed they won by buying a hundred tickets.
Jack Whittaker bought 115 tickets. Most people buy only a few so although the odds are better for someone with 100+, it will be common for winners to have bought only a few. i.e. say 10 people bought $10 worth and 1 person bought $100 worth, if the winner is among them, there is an even chance for either one of the 10 $10 buyers or the one $100 buyer.
The thing that grabs me, is, DID HE

A different kind of wheel for p-5 and p-6 games
I see that you have the same thing and some more. And it looks like covering a huge amount costs a huge amount...lol....And I'm hoping his combined wheel system will not cost a whopping 792 bucks like in your chart or 924 bucks, but rather a reasonable amount. But in his sales pitch he says he has advanced wheels that cover all 36 numbers like Florida fantasy five. Meaning, any two numbers you pick between 1 thru 36 will be in one of those lines. I hope it would cost under a hundred bucks to do

North Carolina: 6/1 - 6/30/2009
I'm so sorry, as a matter of fact I have bought that many at one time before too and didn't win so just waited til the next day and another store and then got a big win.
The wins I had were either at the first of the roll or the last of the roll...I always ask what the number is at the bottom of the card before I buy it.
The $70 win was no. 1 and the $50 one was no. 23 and the $25 was no. 11 and I also won another $5 on it so it was a $30 win...it was the little red circled 7 for $10 which

A different kind of wheel for p-5 and p-6 games
It takes only 5 minutes to fill in all the numbers. You'll be amazed to see that 2 of any of your 12 chosen will always be on one of those lines. It's amazing. No other wheel that I ever knew could do this.
So let's say 1 and 5 was in your selected group of 12, one of those lines will have 1 and 5 on the same line. Meaning, that if 1 and 5 were to be the first 2 numbers to be drawn, the odds would drop from millions down to thousands instantly. That's the major hurdle he's talking about.

Fair enuff and I will oblige. If you only knew how much your second sentence motivates me. I've been updating my data and conducting dry runs . Last night, I tested VA, NY, NJ, GA, OH, KY,and PA. I bumped all seven of them and entered the data from those drawings for today's Midday draw. I did those same states and added DC, CT, MI, and MO. I bumped all of them except MO and DC.
My matrix was slightly off but, that's all good because I don't care to match every single state every time. Know w

anyone use the lottery software and system
It's even more fun when I think I'm improving my odds by plugging in a set of parameters and see this on the prediction board results with just 10 lines. (This is 06/10/09 results)

Powerball and Mega million system
It is dishearteninig that you will give up just like that.
Maybe you have been adopted into the we , the secret undreground group.
But seriously I thought you were onto something here. Especially since the focus was on a predicatable pattern of the game.
I think a players game can be improve if you knew which sections the ball is been drawn from.
I just think the way you are going about it is not mathematical enough.
Maybe you should start over with some suggestions, likelyhoods,

Tonights PB Drawing - May 27
Unless she says that low numbers *guarantee* multiple winners, how does it go against her claims? As far as I can tell there's a nearly universal belief among people who have paid attention that a lot of people use numbers that have some personal significance, and that often means birthdays. That doesn't guarantee that low numbers will result in one winner, much less multiple winners, but it very definitely means that a winner or multiple winners are more likely than if everybody picked numbers
