Recently, I went to the Powerball site and looked up how many jackpots had been won between Indiana and Pennsylvania since PA joined in 2001. Before the latest jackpot win, Indiana was leading 11 to 10. I thought this was very interesting since PA has always had at least twice as many overall prize winners each draw than Indiana. Actually, I was hoping to win BOTH the Powerball and Megamillions! Not that I'm greedy or anything... just thought that would be cool. Anyone see the new Florida instant game ticket yet? Billion Blockbuster began Tuesday, it costs $20 and the top prize is $10 million paid out over 20 years. 2nd prize is $1 million paid out over 20 years. Usually Florida scratch-off games have a cash option, but I'm not sure it is available on every game. $500,000 a year for 20 years would be ok with me. Odds are 1:6,552,000 for the $10M top prize and 1:540,000 for the $1M Smallest prize is $20 (your money back) which is 1:8.33
