A little page to help with manual 5/39 play...
I tried your method with $8.00 worth of tickets and $2 of qp's and didn't win a darn thing and when I buy all qp's I usually do win something.
I went across the line instead of down thinking my odds would be better but maybe I should have gone down the the line vertically......I sort of think my best chances will be to stick with the qp's.....that's how I got 4 out of 5 correct and in order drawn once and won $270......it was $269 on that one and I had a dollar win on the same ticket printo

Can lottery numbers be predicted?
Since the odds are stacked in the lottery's favor lots of people go to great lengths to try and predict the out come of a drawing. Pick 3 and 4 drawings have some variables that make it possible to come up with a group of numbers that might win.
Pick 5 and 6 games while considerably harder to predict the numbers that might win present a challenge to many folks who think that they have devised a system that just might make a win possible.
Wheeling certain numbers just might win a jackpot ga

N.Y. man spends thousands in search of lottery riches
Yeah this guy definitely has some problems, how can he manage to spend $30,000 a year on lotteries when the article says he makes $40,000 a year. I don't blame him for being mad about it, but he shpuld be mad at himself. I personally just spent $15 on lottery today and didn't win, but it was the first time in a couple weeks and to be honest I don't think I'll be playing for a little while after as it is.
Unfortunately, I've met quite a few people like this throughout my lifetime. There used t

NYS lotto Scratch off's (DIRTY SECRET) information that is not revealed to the public-SCAM OR NOT?
I don't think people want to think too much about this, otherwise they'd be mourning the loss of all that money they spent in vain.
But, like you, I've given it quite a bit of thought and come to the conclusion that if it's meant to be (winning, that is) then it's going to happen despite these elusive odds.
Now I am wondering about something else, since you raised the issue of retailers and their opened books of tickets. When a retailer first accepts the books of tickets, does he have the

How to Prove Your Lottery IS Fixed?
You could be right about that: but for, my neighbor s son Sean who works in LV as a Slot maintenance tech: installs new machines, repairs, fixes, tests settings and calibrates software, all that.
The way I understand it just got off the phone with Sean s dad applicable States have gaming laws that require Slot payouts not fall below a regulated threshold percentage in Nevada it s 75% see Minimum Standards for Gaming Devices - Code 14.040 - gamingNV.gov.
Yes, machines can be rigged by the

Has anyone here read Gail Howard's book-Lottery Master Guide?
Of course every system works, guesser-- even a broken clock is right twice a day! Therefore, the issue is not that every system (eventually) works.
Rather, the issue is this: which systems, strategies, number selection processes are more LIKELY to work and thereby save the lotto player money wasted on selections that make no sense or have no reasoning behind them?
A baseball pitcher does not throw the same type of pitch over and over again. He mixes it up.
So too, a lottery player need

NEWBIE ... please be gentle
It would seem the true odds would be 1 in 100 since there are only 100 combinations of any two numbers in the drawing. And that would make sense. There is a one in 10 chance of getting the first number and a one in 10 chance of getting the second.
From there determine the number of possibilities for your sum chart. Add the two digits together to get your sum. We know there is only one combination for 00, and only one combination for 18 (9+9) your highest total.
The sum 7 has 8 combinations

When the matrix changes...
As FL is added, the increase in players and revision in ballset matrix odds could be factored, somehow/someway.... yes/no?
How? The whole theory behind systems is that analyzing past results will offer insights into future results. There are no past results for a brand new game, which is what you get every time you change the matrix. They don't simply add a few balls to add the new numbers; they use an entirely new ball set, and possibly new machines. If you think the past results of the ol

Complete Systems Failure (predictions)
The Birthday Paradox tells us the odds are 50/50 of a boxed match in any random set of 15 past drawn Pick-3 numbers you happen to look at. There is nothing about having to play all 220 boxed combinations nor does the payout affect the outcome, that's a side issue.
When a Pick-5/26 game has only 65,780 combinations there is a point where the paradox kicks in and there is a good chance of two combinations matching. The fact this did happen multiple times certainly suggests the paradox is
