+1 Looks like the number of games I play per drawing will be about half of what they currently are. But folks, you see: MOST folks that play the game do NOT know the true odds, so those types will continue to play it as they always have. I will say I am going from $10 per drawing to $5, MAYBE to $3. They are taking away 3 red balls - BIG DEAL - those number rarely hit now as it is. (just watch - NOW they will catch on fire)

Deal or NO Deal- Multi state entries
Hey folks! May I implore your help? Earlier this year certain states carried a second chance drawing for this scratch off Deal or No Deal . According to the rules , once the April/May drawing happened, they would retain the mailed in entries and then allow a multistate drawing from the states that carried the drawing. If you could find 11 people and each of you all put 100 bucks in your pool...... and ......and you were lucky and picked the right day that month ..... they would draw the ALL EVEN numbers that particular day. Coin Toss, I don't see where Scary was saying that pick-3 or pick-4 would be a huge lottery win - just that the luck factor applies much more to games with higher odds. Anyway, one reason I am against publishing a press release about wins less than a million is hit a Pick 3 and call up a family member, close friend, or go into work and say you won the lottery . I play Louisiana's pick 5 game, which is called Easy 5, and Lotto (pick 6). I only play Powerball on my own when it hits $100 million. I also have my lottery pool at work which plays Powerball and Lotto. I'm thinking of instituting a similar rule for playing Lotto on my own, i.e. only playing it myself when it reaches a certain level, and just buying Easy 5 for myself. As for scratch offs, I seldom play them even though the odds of winning something(not necessarily the jackpot) are higher
