I personally know someone that used this method and won $100,000 playing the 37 number Ohio Buckeye 5 game. Hi BJ! What's up? Hey, if you're sharp you can simply look at someone's numbers and see what's going on with their system. One set of my numbers can be used to win on multiple drawings providing the spread is correct with the drawing. Need Help on excel cell formatting
Please, if anyone out there can help me what to write on a specefic cell or cells so that when no 10 is the no that should fall there ( say 9+1=10) what is reflected will only be 0 and if it is negarive 1 ( 1-10) the no to appear will only be the no 9. I am trying to make a simple system on pick 3. It is working but I do not want to see 10 instead of 0 and -1 instead o f 9, it is an eyesore lol! Thank you friends...

Hi Editgap , I understand what you are saying about difference between numbers as I have been playing around with an idea similar to that just on paper for awhile and have found it to be very interesting how sometimes it can predict all 5 numbers for pick 5 and sometimes 3 or 4 numbers out of 5 , I did actually win on 4 #s and numerous 3# prizes using this wheeling #'s too , back testing proved the 5 #'s and I also missed a 5# draw recently ( kicking myself LOL ) I would love to see / try you

Well I have to agree that things seems fishy, but why would Tom Sheehan do anything about it, they're the biggest crooks look at how low their payouts have started being for pick 3 all of a sudden. NCEL can't blame the reason on the economy because they had an increase in sales the past quarter. Because it is not flexible. How one define flexible is within the built of the system itself. Within the range of a game, say in Pick 3 the range is 1 - 1,000 there are trends, and behaviors, along with basic components of the game. I got an advertisement in the mail today for Carl Wesley's pick 3 lottery system called Lottery Twister . It says you can make $2,000 a month using the system.
