Florida Jackpot Plus
What if I leave home tomorrow morning on my way to buy a ticket and get hit by a meteor? Chances of that happening are probably not much worse than winning a jackpot game. I mostly play Pick 3. Better odds and more control over what I want to play. But even then, you constantly run into days where you didn't play the winning combo even though you had it among your picks. Or that day when you didn't get a chance to get to the store and so didn't play and you had the winning combo on your pla

Florida Jackpot Plus
It's a rip-off as far as I am concerned. I wouldn't spend an extra dollar for a game with 1 in 23M odds. That would mean I'd be losing twice as much every week! The only time I'd want the extra $10M anyway is if I won the lowest jackpot which is $3M and then had to split it. However, rarely does anyone split the Lotto jackpot at those levels anyway. I talk to regular players all the time and rarely do I meet anyone who has even won 5/6. BTW, I really like your idea about the 50 cent tickets

The POETASTER- PLUS Vol. 14
The word for today is CONCESSION: It is hard to let go or give in when the odds are in your favor. Sometimes it is a most, because you are no longer able. If you beleave in yourself. You know how much you can stand. You can recognize the detection. Maybe it is right to utilize CONCESSION. Why hold on to something that is of no use? Be strong, turn it loose. A friend told me once....(POETASTER, you are a righteous Man). I would never disrespect your affection. This same friend I came upon at a ti

New York Take 5 coupons ??
I agree with the odds of the 3 hitting again being low.. but look what happened when I covered EVERY # but... Here are the two qp's I won... 2 3 18 21 30 (note the 3 again!!) 16 18 29 33 34 (18 in both?) Also back in the mid 90's I did an office pool with Take 5 and we tried both picking #'s qp's. There were 15 of us, so each day we played 15 times. Best we did was 3 of 5 either way. We gave up after 3 months..

Coin Toss and Jersey PICK 3 EVE
In an event of odds being 50%, after 10 draws there is a 99.9% confidence that the streak will end. The second digit in the jersey pick 3 evening has been drawn odd an amazing 17 times in a row. MAthematics say that there is a 99.9992 confidence that the streak will end tonight. I would not bet on it tonight since it is very streaky but if it draws odd again tonight that will be 18 in a row. I would try the 19th time since there is a 99.99998 confidence it will stop and draw even. Bu

Winner of New York's biggest lottery jackpot sold himself the ticket
are you kidding me? You want them to not allow employees who sell the lottery tickets to be eligible to win? If you think it is such an unfair advantage, why don't you get a job as a clerk selling the lottery tickets? I'm sure you will change your mind about all of that real soon. I worked in a store once as a clerk-no, not selling lottery tickets. What makes you so certain they have time to notice such things? And even if they do, that is no guarantee they are going to get all the win

Your predictions and a large viewing of your post
I voted what are the odds. Most of the time when I post the numbers on the prediction board, I am testing a theory. Some silly idea that popped into my head in the dead of night and I want to see if it would work. If someone wins using my posted numbers, I can't really get upset if I didn't play them myself, can I? And no one is twisting my arm to put them up there, are they? For instance, I have several lines that I play every draw. I refuse to post those. If someone hits with me using m

Thanks. I like to play Front and Back Pairs. Seems like better odds then boxed combos. Good Luck Dave

Any FRONT or BACK Pair Players out there?
I would like to hear from other Front or Back Pair players out there. What strategies do you find useful ? What seems to work best for you ? Seems like a better odds system then playing with Boxed combos. Please feel free to voice your opinions on this subject. Dave in Naples Florida

A Test For All States
LckyLary, I do not use computer programs in which to pick winning #s. I am not state specific, my specialty is all states. You say:If we pick a bunch of (any) numbers and say all States then it's likely it comes out someplace at least BOX. n States x 13 boxes is really good odds. You are missing it, (I can tell by your response) I didnot pick a bunch of any #s. I applied the steps listed to the draw results from 01/08/08. You say:Are you saying that if a # comes out in State A it i
