Why can teenagers play the lotto?
I've always wonder why can teenagers play the lotto/POwerball or Sweepstakes? Do you all remember when there was a 20-year old that won i think it was 60 million dollars?When i heard the news i was happy for her and wish it happen to teenagers too...I think teenagers should not be allow to play pick3/4 because it will take away their money, but they should be allow to play the lotto Powerball and participates on Sweepstakes...I understand teenagers should not play the casinos (because it

Lets see how my picks fare tonight ... the 1st time I posted, I missed both FL and TX pick3's by 1 #. The 2nd post, I would have hit, but didnt play all the combos, only half. Had the 3 #'s tho.
