Breaking Las Vegas: Could it happen to the lotto..
I remembered when that syndicate was featured on the TV show How They Do That . Mr Mandel explained his group had hired some bonded agents and taken over several 711 store terminals for two days to enter their numbers. There are investor that make money by buying and selling dollars daily and taking advantage of the exchange rate, this syndicate was trying to do the same thing with lottery jackpots. Afterward Virginia along with other states changed their rules such that no one can control a

Coin toss, You said: Trying, yes. Isn't that what a lot of people are doing here? What i meant is that perhaps there could a group outhere that's more advanced than us here at LP...LIke what if a group knew thing we don't know, like if they had a lotto machine replica and knew small physics we don't know about or had physics equation we don't know about or they had small not visible gadgets, like camera, etc..In the show the two physics students write a physic equation that takes into accoun

Lotteries long for 'jackpot fever'
People play online lotteries because it's cheaper per bet to cover the same odds. Lowering the matrix while maintaining $1 per bet for Mega Millions (and Powerball ) would effectively be lowering price per bet. Sales of any sort always draw people, and lower prices keep them coming back again and again ..... it's human nature .... which lotteries are exceedingly slow to figure out. Let them take a gamble on us players instead of dictating what to do and how to do it. After all l

'Lucky guy' sells ticket that wins half of $42 mllion Lotto jackpot
Just thought people might want to see part of the article. Read the last paragraph and keep in mind that this is an article about how 2 lucky winners shared a $44 million jackpot. First the store is contacted and there is an article about how lucky the store clerk has been. Then there is another article about how lucky the winner is to receive another check, since the jackpot was larger than estimated. So why write this? As I said, I really believe this newspaper has way too much blank spac

% of Population Which Play the Lottery?
Florida has a population of about 16 million. As an average about 1 in 13 people bought one of the raffle tickets, but as you say, averages don't always tells us anything useful. In reality, at most 1 in 13 people bought a raffle ticket, but since plenty of people bought more than 1 less than 7% of people bought raffle tickets. It was probably less than 5%, which would work out to an average of about 1.5 tickets for each person who bought any. One thing useful we can figure from those number

system I bought for 25.00
Lets see how my picks fare tonight ... the 1st time I posted, I missed both FL and TX pick3's by 1 #. The 2nd post, I would have hit, but didnt play all the combos, only half. Had the 3 #'s tho. This is the 3rd round (see previous post for #'s...a few posts back). I have had weeks where I would win 3 and 4 times in 1 week. The worst was 1 and 2 hits where I broke even or even lost a little, but thats the risk you gotta take. The weeks when you hit 3 and 4 times are sweet. Average is 2-4 ti

Lotteries long for 'jackpot fever'
They've made the matrix too high, odds too long where you spend, spend, spend and get no return. Mega Millions and Powerball both are no fun any longer due to this. Have covered it ad nauseam in my previous posts. Do a visual of someone sitting on a donkey, spurs buried in its ribs dangling a carrot on a stick, whomping its rear with another stick. That's exactly how MM and PB are treating players and the only winners have been them to this point. Now they're feeling self inflicted pa
