rudy shilli system for lotto wins!
I hear you good buddy. Ah ha, finally an honest man has emerged.
The honest man I am referring is you luckyhorse not your bud in the money counting house. He doesn't need any luck. Like someone said earlier heads he wins, tails you lose.
However, good luck anyway, you could be the guy that beats the odds. But in any case Rudi always wins. Heck, they don't call him Las Vegas Rudi for nothing. He is the house and everyone else is the mark.

Ridiculously low non-jackpot prize payouts have me fed up
[quote]
If MM intends to keep my interest in their game, they must increase the non-jackpot prize payouts to a minimum 10% of the odds.
The current odds, payouts (where applicable) and percentage of payout
are as follows:

5+0 1: 3,904,700.80 $250,000 6.40%

4+0 1: 15,312.55 $ 150 0.98%
3+1 1: 13,781.30 $ 150 1.09%
3+0 1: 306.25 $ 7 2.29%

Probability of a MegaMillions rollover.
It depends on what you mean by a long string of low level wins and a large jackpot. There are several ways to interpret your question, and I will give you just one based on recent events.
Between April 21 and August 1 of this year, we had a string of runs in which the jackpot never passed $100M in advertised annuity value. The lengths of the runs in this period were 8 (about average) followed by below average length runs of 5, 4, 3, 6 and 4 draws.
Working from my modeling program,

Mega Millions Number Strategy
Prob988,
I'm sure you believe what you wrote and it may even be true, but what you believe doesn't improve your odds of winning any more than those of lottery players who believe they have a strategy to win.
For me half the fun of playing the lotteries is picking combinations to play and unless you're playing quick-picks, you need a strategy. I enjoy analyzing past drawings and picking combinations that I believe will do well in future drawings. I've only come close to winning a jackpo

To MUSL and the Mega group
Yeah, I get a kick out of the 'I only play when it gets big' folks myself.
The way I see it, 15 million is 15 million more than I have now, and 150 million is 150 million more than I have now.
If I choose not to play, or skip a game or two, it's not because of the payout, it's because something doesn't make sense to me, like the
odds of it hitting 4 in a row.
It doesn't take much to win the lottery - all you have to do is guess the right numbers.

Powerball Hit Twice No Mention Here?
Technically speaking, the Powerball Jackpot has been won on 3 consecutive drawings...
Sept 23- $200M
Sept 27- $ 15M
Sept 30- $ 15M
What are the odds of this happening?

Here We Go Again
I can tell you with 99.9% certainty that there is only one way for MM or even PB to beat Chaos55 for the $250,000 prize over a series of 8 to 12 draws....... The X-factor
To illustrate: imagine a set of numbers from 1 to 10. Next on five separate occasion....select 8 or 9 of those numbers each time. What are the odds of another person who is asked to select one number between 1 to 10....What if they select for five times in a row the only number that you did not draw on each of those

MO Eve (Complete List)
BP,
They are doing that orange ball promo? Is that the one with an extra drawing if the orange ball shows up? You would have thought they would have learned from the last time. Where the big dummy went and told the lottery officials that since the orange ball waited until last to come out he bet all 1000 numbers knowing the least he could make back was $1200. (2X$600 wins). For every $1000 anybody would play you would be guaranteed a $200 dollar profit. Granted, the odds of the orange ball co

Pencil & paper, day by day vs backtesting
Say anything you want.
My observation is merely that in tracking 6 methods of number selection I've seen here for almost 100 draws, I haven't seen any of them produce a solid hit.
Two out of three in Pick 3, occassionally, 2 out of 5 in Pick 5, nothing more. Granted Pick 5 is a dream - a mini- dream compared to Pick 6, but still some powerfull odds.
I realize this is a place to test theories, I'm just saying that some of the claims of results seem to be bogus.
But I'll keep tra
