Florida...has 9 doubles in row. Big Night Saturday!
10 doubles in a row. Pretty rare. ....... as a matter of fact it's perverted. Good news is ....... for anyone just seeing this ....and willing to camp out on it for 1 or 2 draws ......the odds are pretty astronomical for a great win! $$$$$$$.oo P.S. Whats the worst that can happen?? We could lose like we always do .....which is most of the time like everyone in the world. OR... we could win big just like regular players do on these occasion

What do these numbers have in common?
Hi LAVERNE MALONEY, Nope, not it. But you did use one word group that is tied in to this. Keep trying. I will add a hint to this thread with grouping you would have a 1 in 3 chance of hits. Pretty good odds. pcnut

The Truth Behind the Numbers
From the book The Lottery Book - The Truth Behind the Numbers, by Don Catlin. There's been some discussions on the board about playing a second ticket to cut the odds in half . This is from p 130 of the book mentioned above: If the probability of winning a single lottery jackpot is 1 in 120,526,770, the average number of games one would have to play before a win occurred would be 120,526,770 of them. If the game were played twice a week this would mean that, on average, one would have

The Odds Are The Reality
I thank all for responding. I think I didn't express myself well. For example, In the p-3, if someone suddenly has this revelation that came to them about a particular system they had confidence in, and applied it to the following day's drawing, and the next day after, and after, and so on, to only see that it doesen't work, might blame it on the system. However, failing to realize that the group of let's say 10 numbers used in their system, was only 10 numbers out of a thousand. So yo

New York Lottery: Some crude probablistic analysis.
I started looking at it recently. Any lottery where the jackpot is close to the odds is worth a look. Generally, I would not play the NY Lotto, since it gives a low return. With a lot of rollovers though, it's worth it. I have some tickets for Wednesday and Saturday, since I believe there is a pretty fair probability that there will be two rollovers. This does not mean that there will be a rollover, but there is a very good chance of it. Normally I would not play NY if MM or P

P4 Mirror Pairs Results for 6/22
Same way I try to guess doubles in P3. If I were to see the last doubles hit in Georgia as ....22 1 445 337 113 009 115 I promise you that means just one thing to me.... next time a double is due the odds(probability) is that it will hit as a HIGH..double 55 66 77 88 99 because the last 6 were all LOW. I would venture to play one or two of those high doubles with .... nothing but EVEN (swing numbers) because .......... ALL of them ended up with ODD Swings The

would you still play?
Actually there are three other options you haven't mentioned: Lengthen the annuity timespan so's to make the jackpots appear larger without doing anything at all. That one has the advantage of allowing an increase in ticket prices by a buck without a raise in the cost of doing business, sometime shortly thereafter. Everyone on the inside rakes off 100 percent more without any change in the odds, ticket sales remain high, and everyone gets a pay raise.Vote the graveyards using a technique si

6/16 evening picks (15 states)
1oo numbers per state...... 15 states 1500 box tickets cost 375.00 Odds are that half of the states would get a double tonight.. 50% So.... we could expect only 7 or 8 states of the states to even have a chance at a singles (no match) hit to begin with. Because 100 no match numbers are Half ....or 50% of ALL the possible no match choices in P4...... We should expect a success rate there of .........about 3.5 to 4 states as winners. (from the original 15 states)

code breaking and the LOtto...
Soon (if they haven't experimented with it yet) they will have a supercomputers cracking the lotto. If a supercomputer can beat the world most eminent chess players, soon they will use it to crack the lotto..Talking about computing power ...I don't know why but i believe that's the only way they will be able to crack the lotto or come close to it with less than 200 tickets. I mean a supercomputer can make simulations, run through all the combinations in 1/16 of 1 second, at least a Rng and who
