Would you play powerball if it was offered for 25 cents. Another thing i just remember is that a wheel that guarantees 2 tickets with 5 of 6 has the following. Well the nice thing is we all know who owns and runs this web site. The payment system is very different between the websites though. I don't use Prime Ticket now since they suddenly stopped selling UK lottery tickets maybe later if Euromillions gets big. I have a feeling Betslips has more ticket agents. and also i will like to mention too. If you are going to create a private lotto, pick3/pick4 (perhaps making the range to be from 0-6, etc)to be better than the state for it to prosper you MUST make the pick4 box payout something like 20 or 25 dollars.
