Is it legal...
and also i will like to mention too. If you are going to create a private lotto, pick3/pick4 (perhaps making the range to be from 0-6, etc)to be better than the state for it to prosper you MUST make the pick4 box payout something like 20 or 25 dollars. Payouts for pick3 to be like 10 dollars...If you make the payouts for pick4 or pick3 to be more than what pick3/4 normally pays, your game, is my opinion, will not prosper...By making the pick4 box payout to be like 20 or 25 dollars you are limiti

Online Lottery Soon to be Illegal/new law
If the gov raises the payouts for the state lotteries to 900 to 1 then I wouldn't be so upset. They want us to play their lame state lotteries with a lousy 500 to 1 payout ratio. I know theres a few state lotteries that pay $600 for a pick 3 hit but then why do the rest of the states pay only $500 for a pick 3 hit. All states should pay at least $600 and even that still isn't as good as 900 to 1 payouts. We should get a petition to raise the state payouts for pick 3/4! Add it on to the

WOW ! winning jackpot system at last!
Tom, I posted the basics of my system when Todd first created the system forum. I have since made changes and added some features as I've come up some ideas which I have shared in other threads. Breaking even is a recent occurrence and may just have been luck. I've been running some simulations with the MegaMillions and PowerBall games and I haven't been as lucky since I usually have to generate 40 lines to get to match 3 which pays $7-$10. In RC5, I've been matching 3 in 10 lines which pays

"Please, Pray For My Son"
I offer you my sentiments and my prayers. My son was an Army Lieutenant and there wasn't a day that went by that I did not have an upset stomach and my "daily" talks with God. It is one of the most awful things in life to have a child you cannot protect. We are trained in our mind to protect them no matter how old they are. I have learned not to listen to "everything will be fine", because often things do not turn out the way we wish.......only God knows what will happen and His reasons for

Do you have number superstitions.
Numbers that would have SPECIAL MEANING to me would be any 6 I picked that are drawn on the day I buy a ticket!
I do have a suspicion, if you can call it that. Maybe it's a fear. Although I realize my numbers might never be picked, I have a few sets for the 6/53 Lotto I'm afraid to change. So maybe that counts. They are numbers that relate to birthdays and special dates for my family.
One number that haunts me but I'm not sure if I should play it or not is 22. One of my first experie

Trend Charting Concept
Quote: Originally posted by SirMetro on April 28, 2006 PS: For those that are probably going to ask. The best I have done is gotten ALL 5 numbers and the Mega-ball on the same ticket. Just not on the same line
Perhaps if I had used the Wheels that are available here, I might had done better. Guess I will never know.
If you could do that most of the times, you would be reducing your odds of matching 5+1 to 1:265,650 or 5+0 to 1:66,413 or better.

Lottosync - remeber these words Marco ?

Good luck.
Don't tell me you're finally ready to release your personal software, otherwise what do you consider better? BobP
I stand corrected, I should have said something newer. Since the last version of Lottosync, other programs have come on line making similar or better claims. I saw a promising one at powerfal

Could Someone Do Me A Favor Please?
I think Jani was asking about the deflate option if I'm not mistaken.
Simply put, the deflate option will tell you how many times a combo is included in the set of combos you have chosen to deflate. For example, you could deflate all the picks in your state for the day to see the most popular combination or a years worth of drawings to see the hottest combos, or any set of combos you choose to see which one is most frequent.
The inspect option will break down the combos you choose to insp

Testing a system for all state's picks
Yada Yada, I know another system! LOL,... but I'm going to give it a shot and stick my neck out there. I took the liberty to back test it ( 90 days) with all states results, and was surprised of the results. It does include doubles with matching single digit groups of the same digits. I will continue posting this same thread each day to post the overall hits at the end of the day. I am looking for the doubles to be the primary hitters. In the past, I did not care for doubles as well as not playi

Tn tea keno
Jack and Larry,
Interesting discussion re: keeping the same numbers and changing them daily. I would prefer to follow the game and change them daily, but with 70 numbers to handicap that's a pretty tall order. I'm going to try Keno for a week to see how it goes one day at a time. ( My first try yesterday I only had $4 won with $25 predicted so we'll see...a week should give a pretty good indication of how tough those odds are to simply stay close to even). Jack seems to be doing well enou
