Illinois has an occassional Green Ball Double Draw and if a green ball is drawn in a drzwing after the Pick 3, another Pick 3 is drawn. That's afreebie, but rare. We were in Missouri last week and played a Pick 3. Out of nowhere comes a free ticket for a raffle to be entered to win a Cadillac Escalade or $500 cash. Nice touch. Hey Marcie I would buy the newer ones that just came out - look on the website and it tells you the date. I usualy buy the $5 or $10 tickets. Cash Bonanza or Crazy Eights. But there are alot of newer $2.00 tickets but I've never won on those.....it's all luck. If you want to spend $20.00 for a millionaire raffle ticket, they are only selling 700,000 tickets and the drawing is on July 5th I think and they still have quite a few tickets to sell. I bought one the first day they went on sale.

I thought there was only 3 million $ prizes so I bought 3 raffle tickets down there last week so I could win all 3 of em. If I'da known there was 5 I'da bought 5. Dag nab it! I did win $1,000 one year in the PA raffle. The chances are very good at winning a million dollars too. This year I didn't win anything but enjoyed taking a chance on it. Why not? Sure the hope is high before the drawing that your ticket might be the *golden ticket* and after it's over and you win nothing....you might think darn and feel alittle deflated but it is fun to hope. Hopefully all the lottery execs watch the YouTube video (above) of the drawing. Notice the lack of computers. There isn't a hint of deception or rigging. Notice the excitement of a traditional event in front of a live audience. You can actually feel the excitement when the Fat One number is drawn by the kids.
