Harless to refile lottery lawsuit
Jackson County, West Virginia lawyer Larry Harless said Thursday he has sent letters to the state Lottery Commission and attorney general, giving them 30 days notice of his intent to refile a lawsuit challenging the legality of state-run video lottery.Harless filed a similar lawsuit in June on behalf of anti-gambling groups in Cabell and Greenbrier counties, but it was dismissed on a technicality because he had failed to give the state agencies 30 days advance notice of his intent to sue, as req

Seeing patterns where none exist
Thomas,I think you failed to see my point. Where n is an unknown number of occurrences, random occurrences have to equal out based on the laws of randomness. It might take a million occurrences for it to happen, but it will happen. This is the heart of the concept of randomness and the rule of nature in general. For every action there is an opposite but equal reaction. You cannot refute this basic concept of our universe. This concept has ruled the universe for 12+ billion years.A simple e

PB picks for 6/11
Still tweaking the sheet, the best thing about excel is that you can SEE everything... and you can FILTER everything (such as just draws under $30,000,000 or just draws that happened on a saturday or wednesday) I use colors to help separate the numeric data I'm after (conditional formatting, background colors etc...).I have tried things like counting odds/evens or decades, but there really is no way to decode them back into a useful and SMALL pool of numbers. I had been playing four lines for th

Do lottery systems really work?
lottowiz,i understand where you are coming from. my contention has always been that systems players have no advantage over a person who uses quick picks. that's why i thought it would be fun/interesting to have a little challenge. plus to be very honest, i have heard alot of people talk about how successful they are at number picking but i have only seen one occasion where a person actually made more money than what they spent. everyone else claims they win either without proof or they fail

Systems and Strategies 101
Lottery Analyst:I am new here. So I did not see the post up to now. It is an initially good post. And I do not know very much about some of the information mentioned but I can't resist to make some comments. To 1) I do not know the complete history of the Georgia Fantasy 5/39 but I would assume that we all would have heard about it if in that history two times in a row the same numbers were picked. So my assumption would be - maybe up to now never any 5 numbers were drawn twice which would make th

Do lottery systems really work?
Thomas,If the balls don't carry any designations, then how do you know how to play? And actually, programs like WINHunter attempt to predict based on the concept of predicting what WON'T happen...As in your case of predicting the BB pattern. Right off the bat, I know the pattern will most likely be in a particular location. IN otherwords, if you set a rule to throw in a particular direction, say, at a target, then I know the pattern CANNOT exist behind you, etc. IN the case of lottery draws,

Gail Howard's Software
All systems work,Quick-Picks,Number Wheels and Lottery Systems, QP's work basically because so many people use them over any other method so of course your going too have more winners from quick-picks,Lottery Wheels work only if your good at selecting the numbers that are placed in the wheels if you SUCK at picking numbers of course your wheel isn't going too work but if your an EXCELLENT number picker then you should win prizes on a regular basis based on your number selection. The prizes will

Visiondude Re: the challenge
Under a closed topic, you wrote: RJ , thank's for your post. i kept trying to get lotto cheetah to come to the table even though i know he won't. he is pretty arrogant about his claim while refusing to back it up. your previous challenge to him serves the same purpose. lotto cheetah cannot do what people can do on their own. i don't need to challenge him anymore because you already did. game over...as far as sedertree and me goes, he had a 3 day head start. that means i have 3 days l

I have delivered....
remember what they say, pride goes before a fall . just so everyone knows, you haven't proved anything yet. right at this moment, your software is no better than anyone else's . which isn't saying much. right now my recommendation would be for people to quit buying systems that do not work. they could do just as well playing their own numbers or a quick pick. nobody has ever sustained a winning edge over a long period of time.that is the true test of your software sedertree. not a hit and

question for goldie
i know the hit parade game you guy's play. lotto cheetah does the same thing. people are bound to hit if you give them enough numbers, especially on a game like pick3 where there are low odds. you sink your hooks into them here at the good ole lottery post. then you reel em in onto your website so you can relieve them of the $14.95 that is burning a hole in their pockets. i know your game , unfortunately the people who do business with you - don't. they think you have some gift for pi
