Michigan's Millionaire Raffle 600,000 Tickets
The Michigan's Millionaire Raffle that started May 5, 2008 has sold 208,067 of 600,000 Tickets so far (May 15) they are now, $20 a piece. Drawing isn't til June 23 or later. Are there any Michigan LP Members that has purchased a Ticket or 2? I did, I got the $2 discount for the 1st 100,000 Ticket sold. I only bought I Ticket. Is it really worth buying a Michigan Millionaire Raffle Ticket? Yes or No.

WISCONSIN residents: tickets for popular raffle now available!
I'd like to welcome our latest sponsor: St. Cecilia Catholic Church, which is holding its annual raffle on March 15th. The raffle, which is called Dell's Raffle, is only available to Wisconsin residents, and offers a tremendous slate of prizes, including the Grand Prize of $250,000 in cash. Tickets for the raffle are going fast, so if you're going to play I would recommend heading to their site pretty soon. Wisconsin residents can just click the golden Dell's Raffle banner ad at the top

Raffle Idea
What the proposal is talking about is a $6,000,000 payout. Just to cover the payout costs would entail printing and selling an additional 600,000 game tickets. If the raffle operator wanted to keep the payout percentage to the usual 50%, double that. Most raffle offerings simply aren't that large in order to enable the sale of all availablle raffle tickets in the shortest time possible.
