With respect to your opinion, I'd like you to strongly consider something. Every one of the games you list above are derived from numeric systems which is resultant of mathematics. All odds, probabilities, and chances are stringently based on mathematics. They left out so many facts in this report it's not even funny. The tickets for a large print game might not even all be printed at once. I.E. They may print half the game and send it to the warehouses and they even left out bigger points such as ticket pooling.
