Is the Lottery rigged Ga FF5 7/02/2017 31 32 33 34 35
Is it one of the possible combinations? If so, then it's valid and it's a possible outcome.
Don't get deceived by the fact that we are playing lotteries with huge odds of winning.
Every draw when winning numbers are drawn and announced, all loosing ticket holders will get a feeling that lottery is rigged.
I will give you an example, follow any pick-3 method and play for some days - you will hit a box or straight soon(profit or loss might be a separate story...). That's be

GEORGIA Lottery Booth
What do we really need to know to win? What kind of information can help us win? I can't stop thinking about the facts and how important a role they play in honing in on a winning number. Do they play a role at all or are just a bunch of hooey?

Why are there no magic add on numbers that will work on a last drawn number? Because Hot Digits, Hot Pairs and Hot combos are constantly changing in your Pick 3 game.
In Georgia, 789 (or any combination of it: 798 879 897 978 and

Scared Money Wins No Money?
lucky loser, LottoLaughs, et al
I've always believed that if a player is afraid to lose, then they're also afraid to win ~LL
The secret to winning in Las Vegas is First YOU HAVE TO BE WILLING .... and Luck will find you!
You maybe walking around lucky and net even know it
One way to win is to just put down a bet that covers all of your losses it will give player a profit that you need. Play one bet a day or a game walk away from the table.
Where chances are

Discussing Lottery Math
Aye, with respect to professional CT, my Vegas experiences teach me to double down on your action take.
Remember the legendary Nick the Greek gambler? A paraphrase from him said the second biggest high he got after winning, was losing!
On the other hand - another important player tell is that it seems, most serious male players really don't care about the odds, whether their methodology is right or wrong or even legal or illegal - only really care about how to win (even over sex)

Back Testing Formulas
The 'IF' statement is not the only query for a programmer, I will put all queries under 'assumptions', meaning you test the assumptions. I can say the word 'DUE' takes a different angle from 'NEXT' when tracking a parameter(eg sums, digits, deviations, interval points etc).
So far it has not been possible to produce any IF statement that hits more than 2% over the expected ODDS.
Unless you change picks every draw, a strategic wager is more concerned about the 'PRIZE RATIO' not 'The number

Back Testing Formulas
If excel is to formulate algorithms in the realm of randomness, then good luck !
That it not what the Formula Test is for. It just looks back as far as you want to see how many times and when the Formula hit. That's it. Period. It is just a look at reality in the post RNG Draw. It takes another Skill Set to interpret the results and make a successful prediction. Unfortunately what it show is that Formulas Hit so infrequently that I don't see how to get a good prediction, YET! I do not want to

Pennsylvania Millionaire Raffle - XXIV
Thank you for the kind words. Would be neat to work for the lottery doing marketing. PA Lottery does very well as it is, but much of that is due to inertia. Among the first lotteries, running 40+ years, etc. Proposed on-line lottery purchasing will likely boost sales, though could cannibalize some sales from brick and mortar lottery retailers. Biggest challenge is enticing younger players under age ~35 (millennials) who by and large aren't overly excited about the lottery; many rarely play.

Georgia: 6/1 - 6/30/2017
Just a break-down of base # 012, showing which versions of that number are the most due/overdue.
looks like 120 is the most drawn version and is currently the most due version. When Georgia
added the additional daily draw, they also increased the odds that any number would repeat
more in a month s time than what players have come to expect over the years. 30 days in June means
90 draws this month as compared to previous Junes (60 draws ). This is a 50% increase in the number of

Systems Vs. Numbers-The Big Question
For me it is about the Excel File. I spend a Whole Lot of Time on them. Any Idea can be set-up There and analyzed over any portion of the Game History.
Thousands of hours creating combinations from Skips and Frequencies and Formulas involving just about every Idea that I have come across, show mostly small variations in occurrence vs probability. Unfortunately Probability is a Loser. Payout from these Games requires you to do much better than what is probable, even if you get the answer right
