I tip on anything $100 and up. Depends on the win and the clerk.
Had a fire night tonight. Started with a $50 winner my son scratched on a $2 GRD. Then we were like let's go . Next was a $100 that he also scratched on a $2 Electric 8's. haven't seen many around so I bought the last 70 they had. Won about $180 back.
Next we tried the $1 GRD. Low and behold, another $100 winner and a $20, both he scratched.
At this point, I taught him the vauluable lesson of knowing when to quit

Idaho Lottery-winner secrecy bill headed to House floor
I think I read it on tripadvisor. Thought it was a great idea to get rich right off the plane.
The are owned by the SouthPoint owner Vaughan/Gaughan (?) but since the airport has a captive audience they are really tight, which is why I would only do 1 spin or 20$ for the novelty of it as you don't earn any perks there. You can ABSOLUTELY decline the grip and grin and get anonymity, but people will swarm your machine so you have to ask to go to the office right off the bat.

US lottery operators worry as fewer millennials line up to play
I said in another post on the 4 draws a day in Georgia thread that Texas went to 4 draws because it's a canny way to increase revenue. Basically, they are selling fewer online tix, and way more scratchers. That's where the profits are really coming from. Coupled with millennials not into playing the lottery, lottery commissions are going to $2 a ticket games, and 4 draws a day to increase revenue.
At first glance, a player would look at 4 draws and think that's 2 extra draws to win. The reali

US lottery operators worry as fewer millennials line up to play
.
Yeah it is. But also, it's the over-population that we see, have seen and have yet to see, which has caused the
lotto-powers-that-be to increase the already impossible odds on the 2 main games we play.
With the ever increasing India-scaled over-population our planet sees, comes that much more greed.
I've urged people, and still do, to start wearing protection. But they refuse, laugh, and continue to have kids like rats. We'll see. This is also why I turn down any pan handlers on

This is what really worries me about this whole process and questions whether chasing the dwindling books actually offers better odds or not. When you mentioned awhile back the lotto reps would come into the retailer and pick up open books for destruction w/o tallying the book numbers or anything to record what was being taken out of circulation, a lot of us looked at that as shady practices. But now I'm really wondering about the unopened books. There's an assumption that when these get picked

Mhm, casinos pay out better on average. I've never went, and I don't plan on going because I've heard the horror stories of people who get heavily addicted there.
The lottery has a bad payout overall, unless you're one of the super lucky to win a big prize. It is essentially pissing money away long-term if you don't win a big prize or jackpot. At least it supports education, although that's very controversial. Many states have cut educational funding in place and in anticipate of lotter

Cash4Life
You hit the nail squarely on the head 'Player!!!
The NY Lottery replaced their online game Sweet Million with Cash 4Life. Sweet Million also had a lousy lower tier prize structure. You'd think The NY Lottery would have smartened up and NOT made the same stupid mistake they made with Sweet Million, but they didn't.
How could they have not learned their lesson after that fiasco called Sweet Million? In NY, players voted with their feet, and walked away from Sweet Milly in droves. It's second

KENO System in the works
Hi SquishE
Warm welcome to the Lottery Systems forum (ala Keno), for the wise seek-
Keno like every other game has the possibility to be won but not the probability as you are being dealt a losing hand in the form of a negative expectation. Virtually impossible to overcome the game odds with orthodox linear negative casino math, you will need to find or develop an out of the box alternative math methodology not found in the library or standard gambling publications.
Usually those who na
