Why not search some online reviews for an unbiased look?
You'll read everything from its a one page report based on Gail Howard tips up to it contains 5 years worth of data.
In every review they point out he claims to improve your odds by 30% but the lottery is a 50% loss to begin with so how do you prove that claim?
Oh, the university tested part of his sales pitch......yeah, what university was that anyway?
I got tired of his daily emails trying to entice me to his site with games

Why does it seem that the people who already have good careers/money win big?
1. Life isn't fair.
2. Most people have selective memories.
3. Plenty of people who barely have a pot to piss in have won, including some of the most famous winners.
4. It's possible that people who already have more money spend more on tickets, which would give them a better chance of winning. That's probably more true for really large jackpots, where some people spend $100 and more.
5. People generally don't want to stand in front of the media and say their life suks, so some peopl

I need your participation to help a well meaning person who is lost
another one who doesn't understand there are 120 boxed combinations..... excluding double triples
And if someone were to show the 120 box combinations, they would probably show them numerically from low to high or high to low. A closer look shows two of the digits 0 and 9 are never the middle digit and one of the other eight digits is always the middle digit. About 72% of the drawings produce a 6-way combo and in 100% of those drawings, the digit 1,2,3,4,5,6,7, or 8 will be the middle digit

Is it easier to win pick 3 or pick 4 in your own experience?
those who have won millions of dollars from playing Pick 3
Not sure about millions but, I know there are people doing very, very well on a monthly basis abroad. In fact, a couple of these players have actually outpaced what they earned on their jobs at times when conditions permitted them to play. These folks are well-employed, also.
But those folks tend to keep a low profile.
Yes, they do, and for good reasons which have been covered numerous times under various topics in these bl

Tackling Thoth...
I believe Thoth called that a stack . The rule was:
0,1 Stack
When you see a 0 in the Low position immediately followed by a 1 (or 1 followed by 0) the odds of a 0 or 1 within 3 games is 85%
8,9 Stack
8 in the High position immediately followed by a 9 (or vice versa) 85% probability of another within 3 games
But, you will notice in your examples above that the same seems to apply for 0,0; 1,1; 8,8; and 9,9.

Bulk filtering uisng history
Adam
If one is able to set the first five to single values then every ticket will win a prize for my 5-39. Setting 5 reduces to 1024 lines
and when every ticket is a winner filtering mistakes don't really count. Below is a pic of a setup using 4 rogues for 4096 lines
but there are tickets that only match 1 number. The overall odds of winning a prize here is 1 in 1.25. Rogue-A is the position
to most likely repeat so it's a good idea to strongly consider it for the first value. Rogue

Oregon Gov. appoints new lottery director
Barry Pack is now the official nominee for director of the Oregon Lottery.
Gov. Kate Brown announced Friday she has nominated Pack to head the agency, pending Senate confirmation.
Pack has served as acting director of the Lottery since Brown fired former Director Jack Roberts in April, citing management problems. Pack previously served as director of the Department of Administrative Services. He also was an aide to Brown when she was secretary of state and a state senator.
Roberts had b

Florida Scratch Offs - Post Pictures if posible
Thank you everyone for the congratz, I appreciate it. The hunt has been real, and I feel so blessed. I'm wishing you all the best, and hope everyone has a great Thanksgiving holiday!
@ Bke - I personally recommend the $10 2,000,000 jackpot ticket. It still has 1 outstanding jackpot, and is EXTREMELY scarce. I'd say the odds of hitting one of the recommend big prizes on that game is better than any other $10 game.
@ Skeptic - Congratz on the $500 win! The four and done is a star

Digit/Pairs Reduction
Same thing we did in amber123's thread, i.e., take the 220 boxed combos and reduce them to a playable level by eliminating one digit, a number of pairs, all evens/all odds, all high/all lows.
No draws to input. No draws to track. If anything you might want to do is look at the last few draws to find pairs you want to eliminate, and when the last all high/all low or all even all/odd hit to determine if you want to eliminate those.
No data file to mess with. No history file. Anything about s
