Florida Scratch Offs - Post Pictures if posible
I agree. I don't think it is rational to not deduct losses simply because someone is afraid of a potential audit. To me, it sounds like that CPA is doing big Jim a big disservice as a financial consultant by discouraging him from deducting any of his losses. Gamblers lose far more than they win, typically. Hardcore lottery players in my opinion should always be deducting their losses. Big Jim can get a little bit of he money withheld from his big win, which is something considering how m

Wow, books at 100k on release? I've seen Holiday Millions in the 9k book range, and 90k book range a couple stores apart. With the estimated game odds, the top prize should be found in every 54,106 books. With numbers being skipped, perhaps the end range might be closer to 115k or 120k on this game. There's alot of slow traffic retailers with books in the 30k, 60k range, etc. Publix, and high traffic stores seem to be selling books primarily in the higher end now 80k-100k+ range. With it bein

The Lottery Millionaire Raffle is up to 89k. I'd imagine it will reach 100k sales by Wednesday, Thursday at the latest. I played a bit today, and ended up having a break even (with maybe a slight profit). I chased 5 FL Cash tickets, otherwise my profit would be higher. $100 on $20 Flamingo(roll #752k) $100 win all on $10 Holiday Millions $200 win all on $10 Holiday Millions (Different roll than the one above) I'm seeing $10 Holiday Million book

Played 021-029 (9 tickets total) to end a roll of the new PA $20 christmas ticket. Two $20 winners and one $30 winner..... Then I played four of the $5 tickets, 015-018 and hit for $20 with two single number matches @ $10 each. Took a bit of a hit today and probably won't play much more instants for quite a while. I did get my second millionaire raffle ticket today though. Here's to hoping on that one, not so much as a lousy $100 winner in 20+ tickets.

Florida Holiday Millionaire Raffle 2016
OK, an amendment to these figures. I didn't include the weekly drawing prizes in the above calculations, because I didn't have 2015's weekly prize amounts. Amazingly enough, I found them right here on Lottery Post! So the sum total of 2015's weekly drawing prizes was $550,000. The sum total of this year's raffle weekly drawing prizes is $760,000, so $210,000 more than last year. If I add the weekly drawing figure to the overall game prize totals (excluding the grand prizes, as they are id

Lucky for Life
Thank you and as LottoAce has requested, I'll share more info as time permits. I'm located in eastern upstate New York about a half hour's drive from the Connecticut border. I'm familiar wilh L4L because up until a few years ago, I had two daughters attending college over in CT. Due to that, my wife and I were over there quite a bit. I actually bought tickets for the very first L4L drawing. My two girls have graduated from college, and moved back to NY, so I don't get over to CT very much at

Do you believe every combination has the same probability?
Can you Imagine if after each RNG influenced winning number was produced in the Christmas Million Dollar Raffle for 20 bucks a pop, and it's lower tier prizes, they would have to run 7 simulations, and one of those simulations was your million dollar winning numbers? Joe Schmo from California, Nah, I don't care If California shows their pre test results, no help to me, I lost a million bucks because those numbers don't count.. In fact my friend Tony in the Valley had a $50,000 dollar

Pennsylvania lottery winners now subject to state tax on prizes
PA Lottery website stated that: Are Pennsylvania Lottery prizes taxable? Yes. Beginning with prizes awarded January 1, 2016, Pennsylvania Lottery monetary prizes are taxable income and should be reported by winners when filing federal and state taxes. Under law, Lottery cash prizes over $5,000 are subject to withholding. This means that the Lottery will withhold 25 percent in federal taxes and 3.07 percent in state taxes before paying the prize. For all prizes of $600 or more

The only scratcher I've played in a few weeks was one $10 fantastic 10 ticket yesterday. It hit for $15. I then took $10 of it to buy mega millions tickets, and put the $5 in my pocket. And it has happened again.... at the sheetz in the town I live in, just fifty feet from the beer store that sold a million dollar winner, someone won a car on the $5 mustang ticket early yesterday. I have zero urge to buy scratchers, which is great. But while this mega millions jackpot is up
