Goseahawks -111/+222..and observation high pair chart
I'm going to chime in here one more time then I will probably never respond to any of your posts again.
I looked at WI, which is a RNG state and CT, which is a ball state. In the last 40 days, both states had one of the budget pairs appear 10 times. So, if random, appears to be about the same in each type of drawing. CT had it with a key number 8 times. WI, not so much, 4.
However, I am not an expert on odds or probability. If I did the math correctly, that's about 25%. 55 pairs in pick 3.

Every lottery player has lots of misses, and has lots of opportunities to be negative. But not a lot of lottery players come onto the state threads and make post after post filled with negativity. Only a few people do that, and I will ask them to stop when they do it. I think you're keenly aware of that.
Everyone on this website (as well as practically everyone in the lottery industry) knows that I will always call out a lottery game that is rigged. I make a huge deal about it. So when I say

PA Millionaire Raffle- St. Patrick's Day Edition
Interesting indeed. Last couple of years, the bulletin has been published by early April. However, sometimes PA Lottery has waited until just before raffle start. Assuming the raffle starts 3rd week of April, expect to see a bulletin posted next week or the following. If nothing by April 22nd, odds are the raffle is on hiatus indefinitely.
Another observation, though not directly related, the PA Lottery News section no longer mentions when Pick-3 triples are drawn. Doubt many people noticed,

Florida Scratch Offs - Post Pictures if posible
So I don't think the site will permit me to post links yet, so to find the documents I'm about to describe I'll have to give Googling instructions. I apologize if these have already been discussed and are followed by everyone here.
The new games coming have their descriptions out and filed with the state of Florida. The way the game plays, the different ways you can win any given amount (like on the new $2 ticket, there are 10 ways to win $10. Win all with $1 under all spaces, $1 with matchin

How can I work out these statstitics...
Hi
How can you work out which of these two situations give you better odds of winning the jackpot...
10 a time on 10 lotteries
or
100 on one lottery.
Is there a stats expert around :-)
So its the same bet, but one of the options gets you into 10 lotteries, but the other option gets 10 times more tickets on one lottery.

The secret to winning lottery with Scratch off's
Definitely a good read and a good sign that I am on to something at least. I have not been playing much and nearly as long as you but, I have been working
on some algorithms to predict were the big winners will be instead of spending money blindly in hopes of a big win just to recoup losses. I think the major part of
finding winners is calculating the book numbers based on the odds of the prize within a given pack of scratch-offs but of course more data is needed to do this. As
