No sir, I can't accept that or any method, just as I can't accept any method on the craps table. There is just no way. And to make it worse, they make sure they change the odds each time a monster lotto prize is won. (where they changed the play slips on us again) That way they can also 'throw' the players that consistently play the same numbers.

Here are the many reasons I don't like the PA lottery: 1) Top prizes are cheap 2) Must have the most consecutive losing ticket streaks of any lottery. Because tonite is the end of the month, and also the end of the third quarter, I've been looking at the numbers a bit. Right now, there are nine numbers with three hits in Sept. I would think a few of them will hit tonite for a total of 4 hits in Sept. (the average # of hits per month) They are; 1,2,4,10,11,25,32,35, 39. So which ones would I pick? Out of that group, I like #11 #25. They've been performing the best since January 1st. #2 and #10 are OK too, but they haven't been as hot as #'s

I'm not the person to answer that. I use the idea, unknowingly as many people do, to break any matrix into subsets. IMO, he does prove it is a viable means and provides at least a basis upon which to build a more detailed system. It's theory. And as such, he's not dealing with 1,2,3s but with A,B,Cs. He makes no mention of any bets being placed or money won. Nor does he mention any minimum bet to be placed. The improvement in odds comes from betting on templates that occur more frequent

JADELottery, Thanks for that. Wasn't aware that PP and MP were picked by RNG. Although I'm done w/power ball after the change I'm still an occasional MM player and I'll have to reconsider the MP since I could use that buck for my states 6/49 game w/ slightly better odds. LOL all Illinois controversies like Jersey's are a lot muddled. Picked yes on the poll.
