Florida Scratch Offs - Post Pictures if posible
Due to formatting issues, I cannot post a direct side by side comparison of the odds on the old L4L games compared to the new ones being released. But here are the highlights:
The odds on the non-top prize levels have not changed in any meaningful way. This means that your odds of winning $1,000, $500, $10, etc are about the same with the new L4L games as the old ones of the same dollar domination. The real change is in the top prize odds. For the $5,000 a week for life: The old odds for the

Haven't played much at all over the last two weeks. I bought a single, one and done, $5 frenzy ticket
about a week ago and it was a dud. No urge to even buy another.
I'll start picking up millionaire raffle tickets now. I think I'll probably get about 5 or so. That will be good
enough for me. Looks like PA is coming out with another $20 ticket, all depending on what my feelings
are of it I may not even try the new scratchers.
Great hit on that $2 ticket torment

I stopped at the beer store and bought 3 of the $10 Super Frenzy tickets, 5 of the $2 Hot Streak tickets and
got 3 Megamillions quick picks, 1 cash for life quick pick and 1 match 6 quick pick.
All $40 worth of instants were big fat loser. 8 tickets, and not ONE WINNER. I am so fed up with scratchers. I
won't be buying another for sure until new ones come out, and I can tell you that if the beatings continue I may
just go to playing number games every once in a while and t

Take5 NY
The NYS Lottery could learn a lot from The NC Lottery.
I just bought a $5.00 Carolina Cash5 ticket. (A 5/39 online game) When the clerk handed me my ticket and the playslip that I filled in, he also handed me something that the terminal generated, and it looked an awful lot like a ticket, except it wasn't exactly a Carolina Cash5 ticket. It says ENTRY on it and KEEP THIS SLIP is printed on it.
It also says Win up to $50,000 in 4/23/15 Bonus Bucks Drawing ....
So I went to the Carolina

Wyoming Lottery to start its first in-state game in March
Not sure the exact odds, but a 5/45 game has odds of worse than 1 in 1 million of winning the jackpot, and odds of 2nd place is 1 in several thousand. For comparison, many Cash 5 games are 5/43, which are difficult as it is to hit. I'm surprised such a low population state would go with a 5/45 game, especially at a $5 price-point; $2.50 per play, since each ticket contains 2 sets of numbers - still a lot of money considering the lousy odds.
Overall payout of 68% is very good, but deceptive, s

:( what a bummer
Really sorry to hear that
I went to try to cash in my tickets, and they only had enough to cash the $40. So I took four $5 Love to Win tickets and another Millionaire Raffle ticket (makes my fifth one), went to the grocery store and then went home. Scratched them off, 008 loser, 009 $5 winner, 010 loser, 011 $5 winner. So, out $10 but hey it could have been worse.
I was somewhat itching to play that pack of new $20 tickets again. I know they sol

PA Raffle Countdown to 500,000 ...
I understand now what you are saying ... they need to cut their overall profit back and throw more money in the pot ... totally agree. If it weren't for the lousy federal tax the prizes would also be better ... how does Canada offer tax free lottery prizes ... I never really looked into it, are the lotteries all run by the Canadian and local government and not private parties like here in the US with MM and PB?
The $1,000 prizes have little interest to me ... after taxes I guess a person woul

Powerball Matrix Change - April 15, 2015
I was like Wait a sec, 2nd draw? That sounds more like some sort of raffle?
Your right this 2nd draw chance thing is confusing even me.
I don't like them removing current amount that goes to jackpot prize pool!
I think there taking money away form base game to pay for 3 dollar Multiplier game + 2nd whatever draw. NOT COOL to steal form base game to pay for the 1 dollar add on game.
Now I do like bigger jackpots...
I always been on side of inflation will always happens and you

Texas Lottery suspends sales of Monopoly Millionaires' Club game
I too was taken a little aback by Texas' quick exit. Big states usually like to wait things out a bit, and I assumed that everyone would sit tight until at least January when other states will (would?) be joining. However, for Texas it does make some sense.
Here is their progression of sales (oldest draw to latest):
$429,735 $379,660 $363,440 $326,540 $326,070 $288,015 $280,945
Literally every successive drawing resulted in sales lower than the one before it. Not to mention those sale
