Illinois Lottery has become a BIG money pit!!
Before the new private management took office, there used to be a winner in Lotto (of Illinois Lottery) at least once a month. Probably in Orange County, most of the winners come from the two highest populated cities: Santa Ana (you dont have luck there) and Anaheim. Maybe try the neighboring cities Tustin, Irvine or Garden Grove. SG, certainly for a few the weather plays a part. Course, advanced plays might help offset that. I agree with you 100% on missing a draw. I have faith on it ,more likely than not, there will be a rollover at lower levels. Another thing that might be a consideration is the doubling of price on PB and the new odds on MM.
