I spend about 5 bucks a month now on Florida Fantasy Five tickets. No, my winnings aren't more than my losses. Heres my take on it... I live in Nh on the Mass border i used to work in Mass... When i did i did win a lot on the vendor scratchers a lot of 500s and 100s a lot of the time.. nh not as much a few 500s and 100s but not nearly like Mass.
