Heads up on Texas All or Nothing Promotion playing $6 or more on Texas Lotto game
They just can't leave a good thing alone, can they? IMHO, if they want to draw more people into playing, and increase profits, stop jacking the prices up and make the rewards better with what you have. You know, that old reward vs risk thing.
And another thing... why do they feel compelled to shuffle the deck (pre-draw tests) 6 times for Lotto Texas!! Aren't the odds against the player high enough for them?? Lord knows you just don't want to give ANY edge to the players!!!
The people

question about abbreviated wheel
So you made the wheel again including all 5 winning numbers and did not see a line with 4 four of the winning numbers among the 182.
Did you see all 5 of the winning numbers among the lines? If so odds are it's in there, look harder.
You can use a wheel tester like CoverMaster to test the wheel's matrix. If you don't have CoverMaster you can find a copy at Lotto-Logix on the wheeling resources page. Just make the wheel again using pointer numbers 01-17 then copy and paste it into

Do some number combinations have better odds?
Are his methods of selection giving him an edge in the game, I could say yes or I could say no but regardless of what one believes chance plays a role.
When a player sits down at a Blackjack table the only conscious choices they can make is should they bet and if so how much with no thoughts of having an edge unless their choice to make the bet is based on the edge of card counting. They have another choice after seeing the two cards and can determine if hitting or standing will give them a

California Lottery Scratcher... Need help
Hi guys, I'm a beginer with the whole CA Lottery Scratchers thing,
and I would like if someone would fill out these lists for me...
#1) A list of the ($1-$2) CA Lottery Scratchers games with the highest odds of winning cash.
#2) A list of the luckiest (AND safest) places to buy CA Lottery Scratchers (7 Eleven stores, Gas Stations or, CA Lottery Scratchers vending machines)
#3) A list of the easiest ($1-$2) CA Lottery Scratchers games to win, that have the highest cash payout.

Do some number combinations have better odds?
How are we coming along with our filtering by decades?
Decades can be used as filters but I didn't know we were filtering something. Exactly what are we filtering?
The last draw I think only had 40's and 50's.
And a group of 28 number has lots of room for numbers in the 40s and 50s and matching all five numbers.
What are the odds of that?
Better than 98,280 imaginary QP players all playing $1 tickets.

QP Theory....
This is just a really early theory look. I'm only working on 2 draws of data, and limited data at that.
Weezy's midday QP's yesterday yielded RS-5, RS-2, RS-9, RS-9... Midday winner - RS-5
PLS's eve QP's last night yielded RS-6, RS-8, RS-6, RS-8... Eve winner - RS-4
Notice how the majority of the QP's were either odd or even. Look at the winner now. Weezy had 3 odds, and the mid result was ODD. PLS had all even's, and the winner was EVEN.
Just a potential filtering

Do some number combinations have better odds?
To answer your first question, I read it twice it sure looks like you said,
25,000 players buying Five(5) $1.00 Straight Quick Pick tickets per day for Five(5) Years, or 1825 Days.
and I understand it just a simulation, but you're not simulating anything resembling average or a even unique play. Boney and I calculated the standard deviation for the frequency of each of the 56 MM numbers over 700 trials and found the results mirrored the STD. The only fog in this discussion is if someone

Nothing last 10 lines but still way ahead of the average odds of 1 in 16 with 10 hits in last 100 lines. Feelin' a hit of some sort coming for Saturdays drawing! Here are my 5 lines sizzled for the final HL draw of 2012:
10-12-23-28-38 +17
14-17-21-25-33 +13
04-11-15-24-37 +02
01-06-20-27-31 +03

Do some number combinations have better odds?
BTW LottoBoner it almost seems as if you have to look these things up.
First you claim to understand STD DEV's relevance. Then you post it's definition. Then you fail to do a VERY SIMPLE STD DEV calculation. Then you say you ignore it, because it's useless. Then you post the definition of mean.
Hey, idiot, I said you can't average higher than the average. You said OF COURSE YOU CAN!!!!! DUURRRRR. You can't AVERAGE MORE THAN THE AVERAGE over the long run in anything. LOOK YOU POST

Do some number combinations have better odds?
Probability defines the probable, nothing more nothing less.
We could calculate the probability of the number of times each MM number should be drawn over the next 700 drawings and see it's around 59 to 65 times, but when looking at the last 700 drawings we'll see only 30% of the numbers matched that probability.
If players understood probability, the question of the day would not be will the $50 million PB jackpot roll? . This is an good example of when calculating the probability does
