Post your scratch ticket results
The problem with RI scratch offs is that the state is so small that there are not that many big prizes on each game. I still really only play the lucky times 20 20$ ticket bc there are still 44 prizes left of 20k. Only 306,000 printed at start of game and right now there are about 200,000 left or so. The odds are terrible at 1:3.89 but its the only game I feel I can win big on. I have hit about 10 200 dollar winners but usually only 1 in every book if you're lucky. sometimes there is just 1 tick

Illinois Lottery launching a new game Sunday
The match any 2 has to be in exact order, pays $4. Odds 1:37.
Any Pick 3 player has missed by one digit and that's probably the come on here, but the exact order will prevent a lot of payoffs.....unless people played all six combos of a number, but why do that to win $4? The lottery is always ahead of the player.
The third part of the front of the playslip reads:
How lucky are you feeling? Select the dollar amount you'd like to play.
$1 $2 $3 $4 $5
So someone who didn't know bette

Ohio Classic Lotto (6/49) at $16.6M/$8.3M cash
Thanks
I knew it was hit a lot but I didnt know it was hit that often
I usually play QP's on it but have won a few times small amounts....but I only drive over and play it now and then.......thus the QP's I play on it ( and I havent played it for over a year or so )
But yes that would be a good game to keep up to date for sure
I like the odds on it really
I havent tracked it in any form , but may start doing so

Why do people give away their lottery system?
yeah my story writing teacher said it was bad for short story, as they antagonist isnt supposed to win. short stories are meant to be short, easy and happy. heroes of stories should win. and the talk of odds, and complex betting model was too much , had to be simplified. but it was a comment on what i had noticed about betting systems, and infact one i was playing that did indeed keep losing me money when i played it. and winning when i just analysed its results.
what i did learn is not

Hoosier Lottery director offers reassurances on outsourcing
It's the sad march to the sea. Privatization seems attractive, so the state can sit back and collect revenue without responsibility or overhead costs. But it's simple math. If any company want to win a bid, they will have to promise the moon, and that's on top of taking on all the overhead costs that made it such an unattractive task for the state! They have to make that up someway... you guessed it - WE will be getting less value. The private company will change the games to dramatically DEcrea

sorry, just sat down again. Trying to get dinner started .......
ok I am looking at 11xx - 66xx so far......
I like double 1's cause the 1 has been the least frequently drawn digit. The last time we had 11xx was back on Aug 22 in the eve with 8311. I'm thinking they will come soon. Since the digit 1 hasn't been seen in a while, odds are it will be here soon. the digit 1 has only been drawn 7 times in the last 30 draws combined. Since it hasn't been seen in any position it may tri

Public information
Since lotteries are run by government, shouldn't the preparation process be publicly available as well?
I saw the video for Power ball and kept on thinking. Here are the facts that I can't get out of the head. It turns out to be, that they run 4 tests before the drawing and one test after the drawing. Besides that, there are 4 machines that they use. Fine, this is what they do, they might have their reasons for it, but since its run by the government, shouldn't that information be availa

Do some number combinations have better odds?
I don't know how the lottery rules can use terms like expected or probable and win in court because when they sell ten tickets with the same five numbers, there is a possibility of ten winning 5 + 0 tickets. Without any monetary cap or any limits on the number of times any five number combo is sold, the lotteries are basically saying they will take all bets, payoff the majority of winning tickets but in some cases will short change the winners.
The reason the PB site says 70% to 80% of winnin
