PB is a Pick3/40 how... first number usually from, 1-10, last number usually from: 50-59 so: 10 x 10 = 100 so the range will be from 10-50 and 50 - 10 = 40 so a Pick3/40....so whatever you get times 100... but then E/O in the two 10s...SHOULD CUT IT IN HALF... and the Pick3/40 if you pick all odds or all even PLUS HOT/COLD IT SHOULD REDUCE IT TO LIKE A pICK3/20....

What I have learned 1- Dont buy rolls of new scratchers after them having been out for 1 month and several jackpots have been claimed. I read that post, and there's no doubt about it, players in NY can not get a very clear picture of what the situation is with regard to the number of unclaimed top prizes for scratch off's. The New York Lottery destroys opened books of scratch-off's returned to them by retailers that have gone out of business. Not good because a top prize ticket could be destroyed. (I do think the odds on that happening are relatively small, but it's certainly possible that it could happen.) I've wondered if
